This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats for lunch on Friday, 11-25-23. The order was for lunch and dinner and included scrambled eggs, livermush, whole wheat toast, grits, tuna melt on rye with fried squash, & a fruit salad. I deducted a star because I never received the fruit salad I ordered. Everything else is as pictured.

Have eaten breakfast here several times, always good. Coffee is great, so's the liver mush and big fluffy biscuits. Tried lunch earlier this week. I had the French Dip and hubs had the chipotle burger,and both of us tried the made-in-house chips. We were happy with everything.Going back soon to try one of their daily specials. Nora's has a nice homey feel, with a super friendly staff. A true neighborhood gem!
Parking: Not a huge parking lot, then again it's a small restaurant. Never had problem parking

This was my first time to Nora's and I was very pleasantly surprised. They serve a substantial breakfast menu all day, but I opted for a gyro. Loved the food. Music was a bit overbearing. Sometimes, it was difficult to talk and hear over the noise level.

AMAZING!I recommend the bacon egg & cheese biscuits, veggie omelette, grits, banana pancakes, and French toast. And for lunch: chicken salad sandwich, homemade chips, and fried squash. All so so good!

At 2:38 on Sunday afternoon we were denied sit down service. We were met before we got to the door by an employee who told us that they would be willing to to prepare us something to go but they didn’t seat tables past 2:40.

I was so happy to find some really good spinach pie, chop steak, grits, fried okra, French toast and sweet tea.Their chips and ranch was to die for couldn’t stop eating !!! Everyone was amazing and super accommodating for our little ones (and they were not easy!) can’t wait to come back and try other foods on the menu

Great breakfast stop! Happy to stop in and enjoy a hot & delicious breakfast with coffee. Very good prices. Coffee is brewed by local coffee roaster. Can’t wait to return and try other breakfast & lunch items.
Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Service was on point and the food very delicious (could only use some more spices). We loved the pancakes!!Looking forward to go there again

Great restaurant! The staff is friendly, the restaurant is very clean and fresh looking. I've eaten here alot since they opened recently and I stumbled upon it. The food is really good and is always consistent, whether it's breakfast (all day) or lunch. Some of their dishes can be a little bland, but I would take that over an oversalted or overseasoned dish. They could use better vegetable selection on their daily specials and they need desserts.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere. Just what Matthews needs a nice friendly good food new comfortable eating place. Had lunch there Friday and went back today for breakfast. Everything was great. Just wish they were opened for supper also. Worth trying for sure!!!!
