I love going here to pick up my cakes. Yesterday I bought 2 Bundlets and they did not meet their normal standards. I called in today to express my concerns and the management staff offered to give me 2 new cakes to make it up to me. I came in and bought an extra 2 Bundlets because I wasn't going to waste the trip obviously and then all tasted AMAZING as per usual. Thank you for taking care of us loyal customers.

If you're going to offer gluten-free items, it'd be great if you could offer more than one flavor. Pretty frustrating to go all the way out to a place I would never go to normally because I was told they had GF options, only to find it's only a single item. And it's not even a normal flavor; what the heck is chocolate chip cake?? Just do a normal vanilla or chocolate if you're not going to offer any of the nice flavors you have in the regular stuff. And before you come at me for being picky - GF items are anywhere from 15-40% more expensive than typical foods, so I am not spending all that on something that isn't good. This diet ain't an option for some of us.

We ordered without frosting, it came with extra or regular frosting. It is not the first time that our order is wrong; Last week I ordered it with light frosting and it came out the same, I had to wait 18 more minutes (after 42) for them to correct my order. I love you cakes, but if it will always be like this, I think it's time to look for other options

Wow. I had a last minute order tonight and Nothing Bundt cakes Matthews came through in the most amazing way! The cake looed like I had ordered it 48 hours ahead of time! The staff was friendly, inviting and I can't say enough about the service I got this evening on such a last minute order. And of course, the cake was delicious! So many compliments. Thankful for Nothing Bundt cakes to help me out in a pinch. Not only have they earn my business. I am going to recommend we use them for our corporate needs as well.

My favorite cake had a metal taste to it. Couldn't enjoy it threw it out. My first time at this location never had an experience like this with NBCLet me add I do get other flavors as well!

This place did my sons wedding. Everything was wonderful. Everyone loved the cakes and they do a wedding cake too. We ordered 125 mini Bundts and the wedding cake for 100 people. Problem was it was serve yourself and people would get two or three instead of one. They wanted to try different flavors and we had five different ones. People were very nice. Ordered over the phone three months in advance. Called a couple days in advance and yes they knew about our upcoming order. Picked them up the day before wedding. It was well worth the money we spent which was very reasonable. All the guest loved them.

I’m a bit of a cake connoisseur as my waistline will attest, I can say in all honesty these are some of the best cakes I’ve ever eaten! Arrived just before closing and the nice lady gave us a free slightly damaged cake as a bonus to the one we ordered. Wish you guys were in Europe!
