Brought me wings and they still had blood in them.i asked them for a well done steak and they brought me a pink steak I do not recommend this place

Went to dinner tonight and let me tell you what, JEREMY KILLED IT!! Food was good but even more than that he was on it!! Managers + Support staff need to give him a hand.

If you are picking up an order you can wait 15 minutes without even being noticed. Even after I notified one of the team members still they ignored me for a while. They can at least talk to you and advise if the order is taking some time. Great restaurant but service is awful.

The food was horrible ! Our appetizers were greasy so greasy that it was a pool of grease left on my plate . When I sent the greasy mess back , they had the nerve to still charge me for them . I had the bone in ribeye that was supposed to to be medium well but tasted like it had been cooking for 5 days The rice pilaf was greasy and tasteless . The best part of the. Meal was the mashed potatoes. . The service was very lackluster and the waitstaff ensured they didn’t make eye contact , so no one would ask them anything extra . The other people in my party was dissatisfied as well. I will not be returning and I will not recommend this place to anyone

We went with family. Our order was taken quickly. Drinks were served quickly too. The starter (fried onions) was OK. After waiting 50 minutes, the food finally arrived. Mine was wrong. I reported it straight away. The manager came and apologized, saying she would fix it. Well, not really. I didn't want to argue. Since my family had eaten their food while I waited, they gave me a whole 7 minutes to eat before the lady came with the check. I hadn't even eaten the salad yet. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly. Never again.

Absolutely fabulous steak. It's not particularly close, so we don't go there all that often, but we we do it's a treat.

This place always has great food. We have been here more than once, and have always enjoyed the experience. The service is fantastic. They excel at treating you like they appreciate your business. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.

Had a disappointing time at Outback Windsor Square last night. Took awhile for server to come to our table to get drink order despite restaurant being pretty empty. Husband’s salad came out with no dressing. Two of us ordered steaks and neither came out cooked as ordered. Mine was well done not medium as ordered. While edible did not taste good. Mom ordered a 3 item meal and the bread the grilled shrimp was on was unrecognizable. As we were about to finish the server asked us if we wanted the bread. She finally noticed no one brought us any. And we had to remind her to bring the dessert that came with my mom’s meal. And the floor under the table was so slick I could barely keep my feet on the floor. Don’t think we will be back anytime soon.
