In a previous post I gave penarbred a 5 star. I will no longer give panera a 5 star nor will I ever again step into a Panera Bread here's why. upon my last interaction with them my bill came out to 3.62. the girl asked for exact change or debit card. I asked why she said there's a penny shortage (which there is not by the way) and if I didn't have exact change or debit card my bill would be rounded up to the nearest nickel not my change rounded up to the nearest nickel they even had a sign on the counter asking for exact change or to utilize a debit card. Last year Panera Bread had 484 billion transactions which could translate anywhere from 5 - 20 million dollars in additional revenue with this premise so with that I put them on the no drink zone. On to Dunkin or better yet, a local coffee shop...support local.

Have fallen in love with the chicken Rancher bacon sandwich thus my numerous visits to panera. Would recommend a little more chicken on the sandwich. The focaccia bread is so delicious.

My friends and I have different likings in food, and since most of us wanted to chipotle, we walked into panera bread with the food so our friend could get their food. Then the manager decided to kick us out, his manner sounded so unserious we thought he was joking. He began to cuss and be very selfish and complaining about us “advertising” instead of simply asking us to leave. I usually go here for my food, but it never even excites me. Never coming here again. Thanks manager. I wish I could give this a 0/5.

It is unfortunate that in this place, when it is the Hispanic employee's turn, they treat another Hispanic worker with racism who is going for an order and is just doing her job. They do not close the orders, they do not prepare them like other shifts of other workers do. If you ask them, they do not speak to you or look at you. It is very unfortunate that a person of your same race is treated badly.

One of the restaurant managers took my order for togo with exceptional service and genuity. I expressed interest in a drink and he brought one out for me try, as I was leaving. Fast service and great food! Always love a trip to Panera?❤️

I have gone to this location many times and always get great service. One of my favorite item on the menu is the Spicy Fiesta Chicken sandwich which I highly recommend. Angel the manager is very knowledgeable about the items on the menu and always nice and courteous.

Haven't been to Panerai Bread in ages. Tried one of the new salads. There was nothing wrong with it. I just didn't like it. Most definitely, I will go back and try another one. Customer service was good. Price reasonable.
