The Ruben is absolutely delish. The toast bred is on point and never soggy. There’s just enough meat, kraut, and dressing. The homemade chips with a side of ranch dressing are a wonderful complement. And though I’m not a fan of potato salad I have it on good word that it too is amazing!
The food is tied with the great service. The waitstaff here is friendly and it appeared they knew everyone that walked through the door.

Got 12 wings garlic parmesan hands down best wings around and then also had the meat ball sub with side salad owner and his staff are absolutely 💯 about there customers bin coming here for years and will continue I recommend stopping by and having a Bite to eat
Warm service and amazing food in a cozy bar environment. The club sandwich knocked my socks off! Great appetizers and sides as well. Highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood and like sandwiches.

Great little place. I went in to get a sandwich since I was in the area and had an Italian sub. It’s an American version of an Italian sub but none the less delicious. And homemade potato chips all for 10 bucks! Pub type atmosphere-games on etc. Server was great and while I don’t live in the area I would definitely come back. Nice folks, good sandwich and well priced. Seemed like a lot of locals frequent the place as well. Mom and pop type place-and we need to support these kind of places because they are few and far between these days.

Beautiful delicious club sandwich. Great fish and chips. Awesome traditional Greek Salad. The tartar sauce was the best as was the Greek salad dressing. Wish I lived closer.

Hands-down one of my top places on this side of town. Definitely get the Philadelphia with the onion rings. Love this place and great people work there!

Greeted great by the very friendly Amber From start to finish ! Excellent service .. COLD beer and mushrooms to start .. followed by the delicious Patty Melt / Fries and Meatballs sun / onion rings . Will definitely recommend and return ! .

Amber so friendly and efficient ! My bf had been before but was my first time ! Fried mushrooms and cold cold beer to start .. then I got the Patty melt and fries ( had to bring half home ) He got the Meatball sub and onion rings but nothing left to bring home ! Will definitely recommend and return ! ( Pictures in comments )

We ordered lunch and to our surprise, was over the top outstanding. Some of the best restaurant food we have eaten in the Charlotte area since we have been here for 5.5 years.
Enjoyed it so much that we took our grandson there tonight and now as expected the food was even better. My wife had the Super Grilled Cheese, and homemade chips,( best she ever had ) grandson had the best Hamburger he ever had and I choose the French Dip and you know the rest.
Both times we have visited, the wait staff was the most accommodating we have experienced in recent history.
The owner came out to talk to us upon request, and we had a great conversation. The establishment has been located here for 33 years. Reason: Superior Customer Service and Over The Top Food.
If you are reading this, you should not miss trying them out. Absolutely will be back often.
