Pizza Hut Express

I set up a delivery for 4:30 pm for our kids birthday party at a venue. I set the delivery time 30 minutes earlier than needed in case. The pizza was 45 minutes late a d we had to be out of the venue in 15 minutes when it was finally delivered. I never got a call saying they were running late. I called at 5 pm and was told there was an accident and they were running behind. The venues was maybe 5 minutes from your location. The person said they would call the driver then call me back. They never did. I called back and they person said they should be pulling up now. No sorry, no offer for a refund or partial refund, no anything. It was beyond stressful trying to get pizza down a bunch of three year olds with only 15 minutes when I should have had an hour of time for them to eat.

Did not take cupons from local school fundraiser even with there address listed.

We really enjoy this corner restaurant.My husband and I ride our bikes from Burbank on the bike path in the evening to share a pizza. There is pizza yummy Perfect fun dates in the warm summer nights. Music on the patio too.

Without your buffet your place is losing business . And your place is run down.

It's still just a Pizza Hut

Food was okay but the recipes of different doughs seems like its changed. The flavors are different and the toppings were really skimpy as it's all seemed to be for quite some time. We were super excited to finally get a Pizzahut in Locust but are disappointed in the actual quality of the taste.

I wouldn't define this as a pizza hut... It's a small food stand that happens to sell some microwaved pizza.

Awful experience. Extremely long wait, rude cashier.
