Food is great and service was stellar! Staff was happy to answer any and all menu questions as this was our first time to visit. Food was amazing as well! No complaints! I highly recommend!

I have eaten at this Qdobas for 20+ years and today was the saddest burrito I have ever picked up. The bag was so lightweight I thought they had given me chips by accident. The tortilla was wrapped around 2 1/2 times. The queso was only a few drops. I absolutely love Qdobas burritos more than Chipotle but today they had an off day and the service was a little questionable. I'll give them another shot but for $26 I had hoped to have more than a mouth full of chewy tortilla.

Been a regular for a couple years and for the last 6-9 months there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order - whether it’s food missing, sides missing, small portions, uncooked items, etc. Customer service has gotten tired of
me contacting them and told me to deal with location myself (not my fault one of your restaurants can’t get their crap together).

Came in @ 10:35 AM and had to wait for the meats to be made. Smh no beans no fajita veggies only white rice. Very disappointed

My wife has always loved eating at Qdoba. We used to live near one so we are there frequently. We always got the taco salad bowls. We would usually get them when she has a bogo free one for Panther's game day. The salads were always delicious! Yesterday she learned that Qdoba was discontinuing some kind of special shrimp (forgive me for not knowing the exact name of the shrimp). So I took her to get a taco salad bowl and get the shrimp before it was gone. We decided to get it to go. When I got home and began eating my salad, I was extremely disappointed as compared to what I used to get when we lived near the previous mentioned Qdoba. This salad was pitiful! There weren't that many shrimp in it and the lettuce didn't taste fresh. Everything was soggy! Not what I expected! I guess I wasn't paying much attention when the lady was fixing my salad. She made it very quickly so I didn't have much time to think! I really wasn't paying much attention to detail at that point! She was very nice so we did talk while she prepared both my salad and my wife's. The staff was extremely friendly but the food was not up to par!

First order had no shrimp because they were ‘out’. 2nd order didn't have guacamole. One should get what we order and pay for.

Ordered the Chicken Queso Burrito and it gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I’m on day 5 and my stomach is still absolutely trash. I hadn’t eaten at a Qdoba in almost a decade so I decided to try it and I paid the price. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs

Tonight my son and I had QDOBA for the first time in Matthews and it was amazing!!! Great customer service and fresh food! Yuri, Sortuna and the manager Mo are the Best!!!
