QDOBA Mexican Eats

I really like QDOBA, and generally enjoy eating at this location at least once a month. It’s always clean and service is great. I do like that my chips are on the side when I place a to go nacho order.

Haven’t been here in a long time because every time I come here the chips are terrible. Came here for dinner tonight and portions were small and food was cold. Chips were also terrible and not cooked right. It’s really unfortunate that this place isn’t as good as it used to be years ago it’s gone down hill. I was also not pleased to see the sanitation score of a 92. Food looked like it had been sitting out awhile too and you pay 29$ for food and you except to have fresh hot food not cold food.

My food was great but mostly the workers are so nice, this group of very confused and cranky people were in line right in front of me and the workers were incredibly patient and polite. Rare to see such great service and I appreciate it.

They forgot to put sauce in my burrito

Wish I put 0 stars, due to religion purposes I don’t consume beef! I asked for the new chalula chicken or whatever, she was talking in Spanish so I even asked for it in Spanish and pointed at it, after a bit I realized she had actually given me steak, trust me, when so many flavors are being mixed, you won’t notice the protein right away, and why would I even have to worry when I made it so clear to her what protein I wanted, needless to say, I was distraught, I went to let them know and she swore she gave me chicken I was literally showing them the steak and she kept trying to say I was trying to scam them while LAUGHING AND MOCKING ME!!!!!! I got my refund and just left, extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate, shameful how ignorant people like her roam around us everyday.

The food is really good. The kids behindnthe counter were great!! We will go back.

First red flag was how messy and unorganized the kitchen area was.....The second red flag was the 92 sanitation grade. I Have been eating here for over 10 years but honestly wouldn't eat here again. Food was cold and nasty we didn't eat it and threw it away. Sad to see this place run like this

I came to this location tonight with my son. We were undecided between Qdoba or Chinese. It was our first time at this location. Employees were all really nice. The rice was hard and I felt it had been out for awhile. The restaurant needed to be cleaned. Unfortunately I will not come back to this location.

Every time I go there they are out of everything the manager looked like a 12 year old kid with a attitude the kid on the line had no idea what to do they need to get better I will never go to this location again
