My wife ordered food for pickup smh never again I picked up the order food was burnt and messy we spent around $100 to $120 for the food my wife called them complaining about it took pictures of the food and receipt and they said they would refund money but never did. I still want my money back!

I was surprised that the salad was no longer free with your meal, I ordered the baked shrimp, lobster and mussels over pasta. The sauce was weak and bland, it was my birthday, so I didn't mention to my husband that I didn't enjoy my meal. The food at Red Lobster doesn't meet my expectation of good food anymore.☹️

Our server was fantastic. I know it's an old building, but when the Ladie's restroom is "out of order" and you walk into the Men's restroom and a female is in there that's just NOT a good look. No locks on the door, and of course our table was by the restrooms and we had people standing in line next to us when we are trying to celebrate my wife's BFF's birthday. The Maine Lobster and Rock Lobster tails were kinda dry, but the cheese biscuits were great as usual. My daughter said her medium rare NY Strip was perfectly cooked. If it wasn't for the dry tails and a restroom that should have been serviced before opening for dinner on a Saturday night I would have given 4 or 5 stars. At least are server was very helpful and perfect amount of attention. She was amazing. Get those restrooms fixed Red Lobster. I know you're in bankruptcy court, but come on now. That's just a basic need there

We went to celebrate my mom's birthday. Our waiter Isaiah was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and we will be back for sure!
Me and my girlfriend went for valentines to this location and Alex was up front and handling all customers with respect and trying to help them. Our server Brianna was amazing, she came back to check on us multiple times especially when it was so busy for a special day. Thank you for the great service and all you did for me and my girlfriend.

The place was dead. That should have been the first sign. The waitress took forever with our drinks, and there were only 3 other tables in the restaurant. We sat with empty plates at our table and my husband drink ran low twice. When we finally got our food, my steak was rare, my potato was still a bit hard and the lobster was questionable. They took my steak back and then over cooked it. And I'm sure the food has had me stuck in the bathroom. The customer service was over all poor. When you see an empty parking lot in a busy area there is a reason why.
