Amazing food ans service

The food is absolutely horrible service is not any better. I will not be returning.

I have been here a few times and ordered food to go, (sancocho and empanadas) and the food was good. But this time we decided to eat in the restaurant and the food was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The sancocho tasted like it was old and the chicken tasted like it was frozen and defrosted, it wasn’t even hot. The beef tasted old and the rice was as hard as a rock! I am Dominican and any Dominican restaurant should know how to make rice so this is unacceptable. We didn’t eat 98% of the food we ordered and spent $75.00 and was not even offered a partial refund or to replace our meal or anything, just an apology. The waiter was super nice, I know it wasn’t her fault. But this place should feel embarrassed. The food was old and not cooked right! I will NEVER go back!

Excellent service, the food is very tasty, the place is good, the atmosphere, the living room is very friendly and very communicative with the costumer 10\\10

Bad service

This is my first time ordering from this restaurant. My Hubby went to get the food because I am in the hospital. We did not order much. My hubby ordered a Ruben sandwich which was burnt around the edges and the soup that I ordered was good nut salty. This was a bad impression and may not come back

made a deposit for a christmas dinner, and they end up giving it to somebody else. then end up giving us something we didn’t want. would not recommend

The establishment in question consistently fails to meet any discernible standards and provides subpar customer service. This irresponsibility extends from the chef to the servers. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. What I mean by this is that I paid for a 10-person dinner, and he gave my order to a different person. The chef was unprofessional and refused to assist me with this issue. His attitude was also unacceptable.

We went in early so we were the only people in the restaurant. The food and drinks were great and Mimi was a great server.

Great find. Went last night. We went early so we were the only ones there. Another couple joined soon afterwards. Latinos don’t normally eat at 530🤣. Food was GREAT! Excellent flavor, I had sancocho, meat was tender stew was well stocked with meat potatoes and veggies, White rice was fluffy and perfect..Great meal. Wife had a stewed chicken dish with red beans and rice. Again very good and full of flavor. Mom in law had the churrasco, bean and rice. Again great flavor, we all had the empanadas, chicken and beef. Both were excellent, meat was full of flavor but best of all was the shell on the empanadas. Fluffy light crispy and great flavor. Wife is Dominican I am Spanish we will go back! Current operators have been in two months, I hope they make it, very good food give it a try. And cold Presidente go with everything.

This place just changed management, the food is amazingly delicious and service is quality….Hard to match food! Price is very modest as well…Truly amazing spot
