today at sam’s in mathews’s my brother and my dad were buying beer, mind y’all my brother is 19 years old my dad is obviously older, the one paying for the stuff was my dad not my brother. This one employee didn’t allow for my dad to take the beers because my brother was the one scanning the stuff and was underage, how can this be possible, my brother was scanning the stuff because my dad doesn’t know how to do that kind of stuff. Never again coming here to buy beers!

What a joke this company has become. When I complained about them only having 1 register open and the line was to the front door. And that they discriminated against people who write checks being able to use self scan. The manager then refused to take the check and cancelled the order, This was at a regular register (not self scan). Then when I called corporate to file a complaint I was told the membership had been cancelled. No wonder Costco is always busy. We have been a member for 26 years.

I was at sams club in Matthews NC around 1:00 today and many elderly people were walking around, looking for toilet paper. And a off duty employee came in and got a 45 roll pack from in the back. I asked her where she got it and she said her manager hid it for her. So she can come buy it today. I spoke with some girl manager and she said she was gonna call the cops on me cause I wouldn’t let it go. So I asked for someone over her to talk with. Well the girl manager said that
