Four of us went out for a special dinner last night that was a treat by my son and his girlfriend. My husband said it was the best shrimp and grits he ever tasted! All of the food was delicious and our waitress was on point and so fun and friendly. We sat on the patio and it was the perfect ambiance. I definitely would like to go again when visiting my son.
We enjoyed our date night at Sante. We had the specialty cocktails that were delicious. Absolutely loved the foie Gras appetizer. The veal chop special was cooked perfectly as well as the scallops. For Dessert - the creme brulee was perfection along with one of the best espresso martinis. Will definitely return.
Food is very bland, no where worth the price you pay. Server was nice but the owner (wife of chef) over charged me and didn't correct it. Since it was only $12, I didn't push the payback but will not return. The lady that runs the place really needs to trained in equity.
