I went to Smoothie king In Wilmington and my vegan smoothie was so good and the staff was really nice and recommended one of the items from the be well section.

My husband and I have had the worst experience's while ordering from this location. We both feel very targeted and it's very obvious. There are flies always on the inside of the store on the different surfaces. The rating is a 97.0. The manager and another employee have been the main two making us feel like we are not welcomed in the store. They go so far as to talk about us very obviously when we're in the store. The customer service from those two is the worst I've had. I've been to other stores around the city and I've not had those problems. It's a shame that paying for items that are not inexpensive comes with uncleanliness, targeting, lack of customer service, and rudeness from employees including the manager. I can gladly spend my money somewhere I'm treated right since I go basically everyday.

Since the negative things that happened in the past in the past review, I have nothing but positivity about every aspect of this location. I'm there very often during the week, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to assist customer's needs, provide a clean welcoming atmosphere, and they make sure orders are correct. All while going above and beyond the call of duty. I look forward to going now, and I never leave without smiles and satisfaction. Special kudos to Beth, Lacey, and Zack and all the staff.

Here I am wondering how I received 5 stars from anyone, and easily see there are 2 Lacey Weaver’s posting fake five stars reviews on this one and the additional local smoothie locations. Check Yelp! before going here or any others- I’ll try to post the screenshots there in case they take the reviews down. You could just train your employees rather than falsely alter Google reviews… you know that, right?
