Someone needs to tell Kayla that scowling with a head nod is not the same as "Good morning, how may I help you."
I have business trip often in charlotte, usually stop by get fresh coffee before long drive. This time behind bar who making a coffee were super unkind enough not answer the question, no indicate of coffee cup which he made, seems like second time question is too rude to him to answer. I and lady who waited coffee were talk each other and had to leave with very very disappointment of starbucks with their attitude. so sad...
