by far the worst location to go too .. even with the new renovations, its still slow as ever , the workers are an ass too if i stated this wasnt the drink size i ordered … it should be made over just like if i came in and stated the drink wasnt good , it would be made over . I order from here everyday & this literally will probably be my last , a team meeting needs to be held or something .
i do not normally place negative reviews as i work in the service industry and understand the dynamics that can prevent a customer from having a great experience. However, i felt compelled to share this experience as the barista who was putting the mobile orders together this day was horrible. I was picking up an order for my staff at a neighboring business and after 5 mins past the time my order was due to be ready i noticed the drinks were on the counter where my initial was but the bakery items were missing, they were in a bin. i asked the barista if those were mine and she said yes but missing one and slid the two items into my drink holder. I pulled it up slightly to review my order and continued to wait. After 15 more mins i noticed more bakery items in the bin and was pretty sure mine was in there. I asked her about it, she noticed i had been standing there a long time. My staff's drinks were getting melted and the other items were no longer warm at that point as well. She snapped at me and said that it was my fault b/c i pulled the drinks toward me. I told her i had only pulled them forward to check my order but had left them on the counter. She proceeded to give me a lecture about how this is their workflow and that is why it was missed b/c i had pulled the drinks closer to the middle of the counter. The way she spoke to me was like a child and in front of other customers who were all shaking their heads. i have a lot of grace for when things are busy, service takes longer, etc. but she chose to make excuses and speak to me poorly vs. just a quick so sorry and slide the bakery item into my order. that is all i needed. instead she left me with a very poor overall experience. hopefully someone will consider this post and speak to the employee handling the mobile orders at 9am on Wed, 11.27.24 about how to treat customers. I will avoid this location at all costs moving forward. Thank you, Chrystal

Great location with great service. We went in at a peak time and our meal was ready quickly. One of the better locations.

Slow worker talk rudely with Costomer
The worse starbucks we have been to. Not an issue of the food or drinks but the employees. The baristas were pretty rude, snarky and slow. I thought it mightve been because they didnt like me but the saw that they treated other customers badly too. Maybe I happen to get the bad shift of baristas (8/17/2024 @12:30p).
