A locals' hangout with games in the lower level. Food was outstanding! All 4 of us loved our meals! Bartender/server was great! Friendly, professional and really good at her job. Occasional rough language (not rowdy or loud) from regulars may bother some parents of younger kids. Thus 4 stars for atmosphere. It didn't bother us in the least. It is a bar after all. With fantastic food! Can't wait to return to try other menu items.

I am a regular at this establishment, the entire staff is top notch. If you haven't had their wings you are missing the best wings in the Charlotte area! Very friendly environment where you feel like family on your second visit, I highly recommend this place any time someone asks.

I had the mushroom swiss burger with onion rings. It was SO good. Fun atmosphere, we enjoyed the music. Downstairs was nice, we went down to explore but didn't stay there. We were a party of 7 on 3 checks. So they explained the food would be made and brought out by the ticket; It wouldn't come out all at once. I liked that better because everything was nice and hot.

I went out with two of my sons for dinner. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was excellent. My son said it was one of the best burger he’s ever had. We will definitely be back.

Delicious! We looked up best cheesesteak in Matthews and this place came up. That was a week ago and we’ve already been back. The cheesesteak and Italian were delicious BUT the wings! The wings were probably the best we’ve ever had. The fries and onion rings were also perfectly crispy and seasoned. New favorite place!

What a great place to go hang out with friends. This local pump house has some great unique food choices … Peanut Butter and Jelly wings with banana chips! Who knew this combination would be a WIN! Enjoy a cold beer, play corn hole or just visit with friends. Cozy atmosphere. Basement has sofas and seating. Upstairs bar and dining tables. Outdoor areas to eat and yes…corn hole too! Friendly staff.

After a week in touristy Myrtle Beach, this local haunt was just what we needed. Prompt, attentive, knowledgeable service - great wings (Black Magic & Garlic Parmesan) and Beer Mac & Cheese - happy to get a local beer (Wicked Weed Pernicious) but wish it could've been on tap. Will definitely return if in the area!
The food was amazing. I had the Philly cheese steak with fries and 2 beers. My husband had the Gut rencher and 2 beers. We spent $60. My Philly cheese steak is the best one i have had in Charlotte. Our server was very attentive. Food took a bit longer than normal, but it is because it is made at the moment, and there was only 1 cook. To be honest, it was 10000% worth the wait. We will definitely be going back. We took almost forgot to take pictures of the food, but as you can tell, I had already finished 1/2 of my sandwich, and my husband was the same with his burger

My husband and I enjoyed a date night with a welcoming casual atmosphere and a great staff. The bartenders (Olivia and Ashley) were so sweet and Violet made us such a yummy dinner of wings and a roast beef sandwich. We will definitely be coming back!
