Appeared to be a new Subway. We were going to use a coupon. However, we were quickly informed, "we are not taking coupons today". No explanation. My guess the person did not know how to redeem them. He was not pleased when he saw the coupon in my hand, based on facial expression and tone of voice, somewhat an irrating reaction.Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetables to choose from as well as many bread options.Parking: Located in a small strip center, there is plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Front Entrance has double doors, ramp adjacency to front entrance.

The person working the counter should not be in the service industry. She was very curt and unfriendly. The owner is a nice guy but can’t say the same about the employees. Never going again.

Store is never open at the times they say they are, please update your hours. If you open at 10 it would be nice to know that before driving up there and it being completely dark.

I just picked up 3 sandwiches from this location. I had placed the order online with option of extra cheese, their online system does not charge extra. The guy was making the sandwich and I said can I get the shredded cheese that I had asked for. He said that would be extra, I said sure I don’t mind paying for it. The guy charged me $4.15 for extra cheese which seemed odd to me. I called another subway and they said IWas definitely over charged. They only put small amount anyways. I don’t mind paying extra but 4.15$ was outrageous. I had also asked for side ranch for all 3 sandwiches and the guy was like I can’t give that much. I’m like I could have asked for it online on the sandwich for free but the sandwiches gets soggy so wanted it on the side. He’s like I can’t give you on the side. This is the second time at this location this has happened to us. Last time the worker flipped out on my husband over ranch when we asked for it on the side. We get these sandwiches for my kids all the time and never has anyone made a big deal about it except this location.

We live exactly 4 minutes from this location. By the time we got home food was lukewarm after being “toasted”. When we got home and unwrapped everything, we learned nothing had been toasted, but the innards of the sandwiches. The bread had not been. This was a online order so everything was prepared before pick up. This is the second time that has happened.

Stopped in for lunch. The restrooms are nasty and there was no toilet paper. The dining room was also nasty. The tables look like they have never been cleaned and the floor had food on them. The staff never greeted us and after we got our food one employee ate behind the counter and never washed their hands afterwards.

We order subs about once per month. This location is only 1 mile from where we live. They never accept coupons I get regularly by email. They always have new servers with little experience making subs.

It does not matter what day or time i go in here, the people are rude and have never heard of the concept of customer service or friendliness. Plus the men have long hair that is not pulled back. Ew. I need to stop coming here. I would have, but the location is convenient.

Worst customer service. Person making the sandwich didnt care how the sub was prepared and was in a hurry to go back to her phone. Would not visit again.
