This place is still not very good since they reopened. Online order wasn't made until I got there. App says it's ready and the guy is out back doing who knows what. Probably not coming back.

This might be the worst Subway I have ever seen. Service is always bad and by bad I mean rude. Always out of stuff and the drink machine is always broken. It’s really odd because years ago it was a nice Subway. O don’t go here amy longer.

This is under new management. Hubby stopped in for 2 foot long subs. They were out of a few vegetables and even though we had the subs toasted they were not warm. The subs tasted really good though. The health score was great. Hubby said bathrooms were out of order.

So I just think with new management hopefully they will get things moving in the right direction and we’ll have a place to grab our subs again.

My son went to get a couple of subs. They were out of most ingredients and service was incredibly rude. This location just lost our business for good. The Mint Hill location isn’t much further for us to drive.

Lights are always off. Never seems like they are open. Need to go ahead and pull the sign down. And defiantly need to update their hours. It’s 6:30 and the doors are locked. Google maps says open until 9.

I placed an online order 3 hours after they open. I get a message saying my order has been modified or cancelled. I call and it takes three times for them to answer only to say they are closed. Worst subway I’ve seen. Staff rude. Subway just needs to shut it down.

Location is in serious disrepair with disgusting food storage and prep conditions. Staff is slow with bad attitude. Was not going to leave a review until staff confronted me for saying never mind and walking out after waiting close to 15 minutes for a sandwich with only three other people on line

Walked up 6:45 on a Friday and the doors are locked called to and someone answered. Dude sounded like he was high on drugs didn't know anything about the company as in I was trying to get in touch with the corporate or franchise owner. If your hate your job or life so badly stop being lazy and do something about it short staffing is not a reason to lock the doors.
