Decided to stop here for an afternoon treat. Not busy at all. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and efficient. Not a lot of flavors to choose from but they do have their most popular flavors, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, dulce de Leche, cookies and cream, etc. They have a lot of toppings to choose from, sprinkles, fudge, syrups, cereal, and gummies. Nice clean location. Wouldn't mind stopping by here again. Located beside a Starbucks so parking can get hectic during peak hours.

This location is ok but the shopping center has gone down hill. The store is still clean and the machines were working. Very busy on a Friday night. Staff super nice.

The frozen yogurt was so icy that when it started to melt it became watery. It was terrible.

I visited sweetFrog last night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the customer service was exceptional. We had a question about whether a flavor was gluten free, and while the employee wasn't sure, he went above and beyond by offering to call his boss to confirm. The shop was spotless, and overall, it was a wonderful visit. Highly recommend!

So my family came to this sweetfrog last night (5/15) and they saw that there wasn’t anybody present to work the register. After a minute one person popped their head out temporarily.
My mom and sisters saw that there was a machine that was not operating so they tried to get the attention of the two workers that were in the back ON THEIR CELLPHONES and they completely ignored them. My sister again attempted to get their attention and they saw the two workers look at each other, mumble some words to one another and AGAIN ignore them and get on their phone.
I wish i could give 0 stars to such a place with POOR customer service. I recommend you either go to another location or go to Jeremiah’s.

Just went to sweet frog after not having it for a while and the service has sharply decreased. When we went some of the frozen yogurt machines were broken. When we tried to call over the two worker that were supposed to be working we saw that they were in the back on their phones doing nothing even after they heard and saw us calling for help. Will not be returning after this bad service.

I went with my family to enjoy some frozen yogurt and the machines were broken. The frozen yogurt was milk and the two workers in the back did not come out to help. We called for help 5 times and they ignored us. Will not be coming back due to bad service.
