So we’re gonna start with the customer service here or the lack thereof. As I entered the sweet frog, I wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged yet the guest that entered right after me were. I ignored it and continued to get my frozen yogurt and proceeded to the cash register. Tyler, the cashier, was letting the customers in front of me know that it was a five dollar Wednesday so the guests that were in front of me and behind me, went to add things to their cup. I did as well. Once it became my time at the register, Tyler immediately addressed other patrons looking for samples. I was left waiting for service for about two minutes. After ringing me up, he didn’t apply the five dollar Wednesday and after I asked “so it doesn’t apply?”he then said “well I didn’t know if you want to use the coupon to save a few cents.” in a very derogatory tone. Proper training in customer service obviously isn’t imperative at this location but you’ll get your frozen yogurt served with a side of microaggression. Won’t be back.

We went there after dinner last night everything was great. Very friendly staff! I'll be back!

I had the most amazing time at Sweet frog in Matthews. I brought my family here for a special occasion, and the lady working behind the counter made our experience so special we will never forget it! Please give Peggy Jane a raise!

Great options for toppings!

The best soft serve ice cream in the Matthews area. Tons of flavors to try from and unlimited amount of toppings. The best place for kids, teens, and adults if you want something sweet

Decided to stop here for an afternoon treat. Not busy at all. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and efficient. Not a lot of flavors to choose from but they do have their most popular flavors, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, dulce de Leche, cookies and cream, etc. They have a lot of toppings to choose from, sprinkles, fudge, syrups, cereal, and gummies. Nice clean location. Wouldn't mind stopping by here again. Located beside a Starbucks so parking can get hectic during peak hours.

This location is ok but the shopping center has gone down hill. The store is still clean and the machines were working. Very busy on a Friday night. Staff super nice.

The frozen yogurt was so icy that when it started to melt it became watery. It was terrible.

I visited sweetFrog last night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the customer service was exceptional. We had a question about whether a flavor was gluten free, and while the employee wasn't sure, he went above and beyond by offering to call his boss to confirm. The shop was spotless, and overall, it was a wonderful visit. Highly recommend!
