My daughter’s waffle and yogurt were great. We could have made BLT and quesadillas at home. Staff were friendly; however, our waiter barely came to our table. He never refilled our drinks or checked on us. We will not be going back.

I really like this place. I will come to this restaurant whenever I am in Matthews. The service was supreme - I got a Bisquit to go with Apple Butter. I didn't have to ask for the Apple Butter! Both the Bisquit and Apple butter were delicious. The Apple butter had a nice smooth tangy and spicy taste like they made it themselves. and they made sure I was taken care of quickly.

I do not get the hype of this place. Popped in for a weekday brunch after a long walk on the greenway. I ordered the avocado toast, which came with a side of 2 eggs of choice - I asked for over easy. Husband got the honey chicken and waffles.
The food came super fast. My eggs were very uncooked, which is pretty hard to do at over easy. The whites were still totally raw and clear, and the flavor was so bad it was obvious they use low-quality eggs. They were absolutely inedible. The avocado toast was pretty flavorless, I don’t think they mixed anything into it, and was lacking the sprinkle of sea salt as advertised. Husband’s chicken and waffles were bland, soggy and the waffle was very dense.
Server was nowhere to be found so eventually had to go in to pay. One bathroom didn’t have paper towels. Won’t be back, disappointed all around.

I stopped in for a late breakfast and coffee after an early morning appointment. Dianna waited on me. Courteous and efficient, she set me up with coffee and took my order. The food was delicious.

Come here every so often. It’s a comfort spot for me and my boyfriend. I have tried many different options but he LOVES the fried green tomato BLT. I haven’t tried it yet but he has ordered it the last 3 times so I’m assuming it’s good.
I’ve had the patty melt and the Hollywood omelette that I can remember and they both were FREAKING DELICIOUS.
I love the ambiance of the restaurant with the flying biscuits flying through the restaurant. They are always busy though so there might be a wait but it’s worth it for some good breakfast/lunch grub.
Service is always good - though sometimes they are overwhelmed but that’s expected when they are constantly busy.

What can I say? I got the Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast. It was so good. I wanted more. Our waitress was super nice and friendly. This place was busy so you know it's a good place when it's always busy.

Starting with the location, which is in the center of Matthews, a fantastic place, the decoration of the restaurant and everything is very beautiful, the service is fantastic, the food is wonderful and the price is very good.
