Today it’s like they picked the smallest slider bun they could find me and gave me 3 pieces of pork strips on my slider. It was weird.

Visit often, the last two times I’ve been here my order has been drastically either altered or delayed. This time I ordered one thing and got another. Attempted to make an exchange and was told I can’t I would have to purchase the item I originally wanted. This is my first time having a quesadilla in like 8 years lol. I can’t stand eating them shits. I can’t picture me ordering the Santa Fe Quesadilla over the Baja Chicken Wrap (sub the chicken for avocado)… which I order quite often. Lol

Poor service. I had a bad experience. I tried to contact the General Manager and never anyone got back to me.

I ordered a Thai chicken salad, the lettuce were mushy and discolored. she tried to make me a new salad with fresh lettuce, why didn't you use those lettuce the first time when you seen that the current ones were old. when I decided on the refund she charged me more than I paid. They are crooks, the facility was dirty and the lady making the food wore her mask halfway off her face, her wig was old, dingy and uncover hanging over the food, and she used the same gloves for everything. She touched the food, the buttons, the counter top, the stickers, EVERYTHING with the same set of gloves. This place needs to be reported.

Parking: Good place for smoothies and it is located very near to tesla charging ports. You can charge the car and enjoy the smoothies.

Tropical Smoothie never disappoints. It doesn’t matter where I go to get one, it’s made perfectly. From Clio, Michigan to Bay City, Michigan to Charlotte, North Carolina, they all earn their 5 stars. Thanks for being consistently delicious and always having a sweet smile.

Probably the worst location I’ve been to. It took the older with a mask lady forever and a day to make my flatbread. The store was dead, so it shouldn’t have been a reason for me to wait almost 10 minutes for one item. After the older lady finally got done making the flatbread, she then proceeded to throw it on the counter and not even say anything. She didn’t need to be sitting in the customer service industry at all.

The food and definitely the smoothies are sub par for this location but this is the closest. I still tried to give my business assuming it was a hit or miss. When I came in for flops and smoothies I had both of my daughters with me. We both had on sandal type of shoes and my little toddler o didn’t since she was just picked up from school. I ask for two 12 oz free smoothies for them. That was the event and the cashier only would give one to my older child and not the little one and she began to cry. I couldn’t believe it when they had a tray full of smoothies pre-made for the event and she could have taken mines. Please take your business elsewhere.

Thanks to Salem, I had the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. She greeted me with a smile and was a bundle of joy from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Salem made THE BEST SMOOTHIE I’VE HAD from tropical smoothie!! Not only that, she walked from behind the counter to hand me my drink. Because of her I plan to return soon.
