Wow, what crappy service! She snatched the card out of my hand and then quite literally threw the food in the car. They didn't have half of the items we requested. These employees must really hate their jobs.

I just had a horrible experience at Wendy’s… I didn’t even have an experience! I entered and nobody took my order and I also saw one of the workers putting handfuls of fries into bags with his BARE HANDS!!! I am now at steak and hoagie where I should have gone in the first place!

I came here 02/09/2025 at 7:47 pm. Me, my wife and 3 my children. It was our first time with Wendys.
The doors say: OPEN 6:30 - 2:00. But all doors were closed. What’s going on, guys?! Its wrong time for customers? Am I wrong somehow? Explain to me please.
I disappointed for this. I think it was first and last time here.

This is legit the worst Wendy’s around. I used to come here every day and I hadn’t been in quite some time maybe 2 years. As my second trip here today (and last week late night) I waited almost 15 min for nasty food both times. I’ve NEVER been to a Wendys that didn’t taste like….Wendy’s 🤷🏼‍♀️! The service was terrible (dine in and drive through both times) everybody moved at a snails pace, or stared in your face instead of helping you. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets closed down next. It should definitely be ran better like it used to be.

This was honestly the worst restaurant i’ve ever been to. Stood there for a whole 20 minutes with “workers” just dragging their feet, acting like they’re not being paid to be there. No one came to take any orders and there were at least 10 people in the restaurant. We ended up leaving. I hope this isn’t how all the Wendy’s in NC are because for someone that’s coming from out of town, this was very disrespectful and rude.

Ordered a double with cheese only and received a jr bacon cheese burger. Attempted to go inside and get my order corrected but the doors were locked. Mind you this was during the middle of the day. Because the line was wrapped around the building and I had limited time, I resorted to communicating with customer service through the app. Customer service Stated they would provide a refund but never did. This is a huge failure on behalf of the store and Wendy's corporate .

Went through the drive thru on the 10 of December at 11:59am, the employee taking the order was so aggressive that she would not even let me give the order, instead treating me like livestock and rushing to get it done, even though there was no one else in line. So much for the atmosphere of making you feel that your business is appreciated.

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Dining room is closed drive-through only. French fries were like chewing on cardboard and cold. Had to go back through drive-through to complain about fries. The lady gave me an attitude brought me out a smaller fry than I ordered that were fresh fries Very dissatisfied. It’s not hard to work a Wendy’s restaurant no reason for the dining room to be closed. cost me over $15 for a number seven combo and a junior bacon cheeseburger prices are ridiculous

I just ordered breakfast. It took 20 minutes for a number 7 with coffee. Get to my office and wedges and COFFEE are COLD!!! Then I find egg shells in my breakfast sandwich?

The dinning area is closed when it should be open. Many times the drink dispenser in the dinning area is out of many flavors and when you ask for them to refill it, they will often say the flavor is currently unavailable. So they ate terrible at keeping sufficient supply of all the drink flavors. I have also notice that they may not clean the drink dispenser often. I am glad at least they have drink dispensers in the dinning area so I can get a refill myself. Many Mcdonald's have removed their drink dispensers in the dinning area, which is very inconvenient. Wendy's provides free tomatoes, lettuce, and onions on sandwiches, but Mcdonald's charges for every add on. These 2 factors are why I prefer Wendy's over Mcdonald's.

Jr Bacon Cheesebugrer looked like it was pulled out of the garbage, litterally. They needs to do a better job on the food preparation and packaging. Staff was friendly, this time. This used to be good location, however as of the past few years the quality of product and service has taken a nosedive.
