This location didn't have hardly anything when asked .... No Ketchup, No Sweet Tea, No Vanilla frosty to go with the Strawberry, Hardly any Soda drinks, Mixed in frozen fries with cooked ones, and No manager on duty when asked for one. Definitely don't stop here, probably won't have nothing for you.

I pulled into the Wendy’s drive-through at around 9:30 at night. I ordered a Dave single cheeseburger with just ketchup and pickle, a vanilla frosty and a fry. I pull up to the counter and everyone is bright eyed and alert despite it being quite late. Within 30 seconds they had given me my frosty and my burger. I got home and the burger was well-made in fresh, and the fries were crispy and hot. Very satisfied with this Wendy’s experience!

Drive thru guy this morning was so rude! Needs better customer interaction skills. Completely unresponsive. Acted like the customer was an interruption. Idk why people like this even waste their time working in customer service!! Or keep their job for that matter!!!

I am so sick of this Wendy's and their nonsense and blatant disrespect towards people's food and how they handle it. Please do not order from this Wendy's after dark, or at any time for that matter. Apparently they are serving old cold 🥶 food from God knows what time. The nuggets are old, cold, stale and dry. The chili I ordered is cold and didn't come with any of the fixings it was supposed to as you can see in the bag and the fact that I work in a healthcare facility and they are sending us out food like this is diabolical. I don't know what or who the manager is at night but the whole team should be fired and the franchise should be sold. This whole restaurant needs to be torn down and rebuilt with the staff from the ground up. This is completely unacceptable that you spend your hard earned money on food and it arrives in this manner. Whether it's Wendy's or Ruth Chris, you expect your food to arrive the way it is supposed to and they continue to drop the ball over and over again. So what we have decided to do every time this happens we are going to post a review with photos moving forward until this stops and if it doesn't we will be calling the health department.

Long drive thru wait time, when I finally got my food the order was wrong and they didn't try to fix it, and my burger was old. Looked like they just had a burger sitting out that someone didn't want and gave it to me. Old lettuce, soggy, old tomato, meat looked old and burnt, cold bread.

The worst customer service!!! They were super disrespectful making comments about me, thinking that I didn't understand what they were saying just because I was a Doordash worker. In addition, they took the receipt of the order out of the trash to be able to complete it.
My sandwich was missing pickles (specificaly bought for the toppings I could have just got a value chicken sandwich) , fried were dark brown over cooked and cold and had zero salt. Employee did not make eye contact or even say hello just stuck my bag out of the window and ignored me.

This used to be a great wendys. The past few visits my orders have gotten mixed up. 1 was missing a while sandwich to the order and another was the wrong sandwich. What the point of giving my name of you're not going to call it to confirm the order.

If there was a negative they would get it!! This is literally the worst wendy's that we have ever been to. They keep the interior locked all the time.So you can never go inside and the drive through is horribly slow. We literally sat there for 30 minutes and finally had to back up to the drive through , because all the doors are locked and let them know that we're still sitting there, and they completely lost our order had no clue why we were sitting there but didn't come out and ask why! We will never go back to this place again. Worst fast food experience ever..
