Wendy's surprised me yesterday!
The wonderful woman calling out your order over the loudspeaker COULDN'T have been nicer. She had the sweetest voice and took care of my order w/ speed.
She even conversed w/ me and had a lovely disposition. Go on over to the Wendys' on Sardis Road and check out all their fabulous choices!!!!
And DON'T forget a frosty...no matter WHAT size! I get a kiddie...just to enjoy after my Single w/ cheese and small fries!!!!!!
Best meal in town!!!!!!

This is the second time I visited this location this week once for breakfast, and today for lunch I went thru the drive thru a d both times the order was totally wrong. So I am done with this location. Unfortunately the one in Mint Hill closed

You can see on their faces they absolutely hate their jobs! If you’re so miserable, find something else. Management specially. You’re definitely not settling your team up for a hint of success.

They claim they are out of cookies when they are not. (Lying) They just don’t keep them baked and prepared for customers. (Lazy) I come here multiple times a week and end up waiting 10+ minutes for a cookie. Inconvenient especially when it happens repeatedly throughout the week.

They didn't know how to make baconator fries. They bun on my chicken sandwich was so hard I could tap on it with my nails without it bending or breaking.
The workers were rude and the order was messed up with no other people in the drive thru and the lobby was closed. So there is no excuse to screw everything up.
All of the rest of the food was cold.
Very disappointed

The employees here were so nice!! I came in with my 2 young kids and we had sat down to eat. One of the employees brought out our food and explained how they unfortunately had run out of kids meal toys, so instead they had swapped those for some chocolate chip cookies. My kids were so happy by that and I thought it was so nice because other Wendy's closer to home (for us, Fort Mill, SC), when they've run out of toys, they didn't offer or swap for any alternatives. We weren't even notified they had run out. The employee who rang us up was some nice, young guy and he explained he was brand new but he did great on the register and was polite. It was clean inside and the drink area/condiment bar was clean and well stocked. I had to use the restrooms for my kids before leaving and they were clean, well lit and well stocked as well. The new frosty fusions are amazing by the way. My daughter had the caramel toffee vanilla, I had the caramel toffee chocolate and my son got the strawberry pop tart vanilla one and they were all delicious!
