Which Wich Matthews Gateway

Great sandwich place for a quick stop. Fun for kids to choose what they want and write the names on the bags. Service was friendly and patient as we tried to figure out the process!! Good selection for adults and little ones. Will definitely make this my new sandwich go-to!

We check on Google maps and saw that this location was closing at 8PM so we drove 20mins to get there just to find out that it closed at 4PM. Theres a hand written sign on the door that says it closes at 4pm on Sundays. They need to update their hours online. Very unprofessional.

This is the worst place in Charlotte. The food is just terrible and everything is dirty. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the owner, he began to be indignant and call us names. It's just awful. Avoid this

Shoulda just went to subway.. the Italian was bland and fries were kinda mushy. My coworker tossed most of his Philly cheese steak in the trash..

Interesting subs of all kinds, a large selection made fresh. The Cheeseburger sub with a fried egg was very good. If your from Philly it's not a Philly cheese steak your use to. But, overall the sandwiches are unique and worth trying.

Food is good. Friendly man on counter. Drive an half an hour here and half an hour back home. We look in bag, We were missing half our food. We had to drive all the way back (cause this place is expensive) to reorder the sandwich that was missing. Girl making it was giving us dirty looks as if we're trying to get food for free or something. She was not polite at all. They did remake it with no problem but. Kinda inconvenient and girl was rude.EDIT: they remade the wrong god damn sandwich. Drove home and found they are stupid enough to not only forget food, but mess it up after we already drove back again. Severely disappointed. Don't go here.
