The spices they use are so delicious and the cashier was very sweet. We waited maybe 5 minutes. Large portions too, that means leftovers!
Not happy with Employees sanitization habits.Girls scratching face and ears . Even with gloves on this was gross. I didn't eat my take out. I saw the girls talki g all over the preparing of food.
Always seen this place but never tried until now. It was pretty good, but I admit I’ve had better. In any case the food was fresh and healthy, I got the chicken with grilled potato salad and roasted veggies. I didn’t taste any seasonings on the veggies and the potato salad didn’t really have a wow factor for me. Chicken and the lemon tahini sauce was good however. I would still go back and try something different.
Food was good but luke warm at best. slow unfriendly staff and hap-hazard disjointed service bringing partial orders and missing basic items. Not worth the price for sure. the best thing I can say is they didn't get anything wrong, but that should be considered bare minimum.
Every table needed clean, the price of our order was a little shock when the Main dish and the charges for sides were added up. But the service was friendly and good. This was on Sunday about 3pm first and last visit.
Parking: Was good
Made an impromptu stop here because we were starving! Not really worth the aggravation. No customers but EVERY table was dirty, food was blah, customer service ok. Glad to find out what they were about, sorry it was a bad experience
Vegetarian options: Husband is vegan, mostly chicken items.
Parking: Plenty of Parking
Super disappointed- paid almost $17 for my meal and my bowl was hardly filled a quarter. I was given about a tablespoon of rice, 3 skimpy slices of cucumber and only a couple falafel which were flavorless and very underdone. I actually had to go get food from a different place after leaving here because of how hungry I was. No flavor, skimpy portions, and extremely overpriced. Go to Cava instead.
I usually get the Spinach and Mushroom Piadina, but they took it off the menu but the nice gentleman taking my order recommended the Spinach and Feta Rollup and was just as good as the piadina. The employees there are very nice and hard working.
Not what it used to be, at least at this location. Low quality steak that's regularly overcooked. They also served us rancid harissa sauce. It was extremely obvious the sauce had spoiled. Some things are still good there I'm sure but we won't be going back anytime soon.
Other Zoes locations are great, but my visit here was very bad: The women’s restroom was filled with vomit and pee (noon on Sunday 8/28/22), my pita had a big spot of mold on it, there was a very long black hair in my lunch date’s salad, a few dressings were forgotten by staff, my falafel added 20 minutes to the order (they warned us at the counter it would take 10), the whole restaurant was really dirty (napkins all over the floor), and overall the staff were unfriendly, unkempt, and looked very annoyed to be there. I won’t be back to that location.

Great place for a quick bite
i’m vegan so that means i can’t eat everything on the menu even if i order it for others. i ordered a falafel and salad plate with a SIDE of potato salad (side was for my mom). can anyone tell me if a side goes in the plate touching the rest of the food or if it goes outSIDE of the meal. tried calling to see if they could remake my plate or if they could refund me and the employee i spoke to said “there’s nothing we can do” so i’m out $18 and still hungry, all because the employees didn’t know where to put a side. i’ve gotten food from this location before and the taste is there but the consideration from the employees is not. recommend a different location.
OMG the food is so good and the employees there are always so friendly. I love eating at this establishment. ❤️?Only complaint I have is how it took 10 minutes to write this review with one hand typing and the other one eating. YUM
So HAPPY to find this Zoës Kitchen in Matthews NC hasn’t changed to a CAVA. I ordered me extra Kabobs to celebrate eating at this restaurant that I have been missing & craving so much. I am praying that this location as well as the ones that are still out there doesn’t change to a CAVA too. I do travel to Atlanta frequently for work and three different ones I eat at have changed to a CAVA and I’m not happy since I do prefer meals instead of just pitas & bowls !!!
Cook with the pink hair didnt wear a hair net so I had to take the food back as her hair was all over the plate. They send me another plate but it was cold, and I highly doubt they even remade the food. Never going back there again. The kids that work there are too busy screwing around instead of working.
