First off, the service was very unprofessional and rude! The girl waiting on me looked mad and like she didn’t want to take my order, and like I was bothering her. As I was ordering she looked at me like she was lost or dumbfounded, in the meantime another worker came up behind her in the area where food is being prepared for customers and threw a bucket of water on the floor, very unsanitary! We waited 15 to 20 minutes until I finally said something about where our food was, and yet another rude employee said I can’t tell you how long it will be! As she continued to take orders to the window, mind you, we were the only customers inside! 4 cars got their food before we finally got ours! We never got acknowledged or a response saying, “sorry we are running behind”, nothing! The food was awful! They need new management and employees!

No problem with food. It's standard fast food and Hardee's does it good. I'm writing because I want to be constructive. Having said that, I implore your management to please pay attention to the cleanliness if the restaurant and upkeep of the facilities. Hope this helps.

I went to this location because the previous location was taking too long. I've waited about ten minutes two bacon cheeseburgers. This is around five o'clock so I understand the rush, but I think they should be a little more prepared for that.

There’s LITERALLY homeless ppl in the bathroom waiting on ppl. She came out of the stall and tried to sell my “hygiene products.” In case you don’t know that’s is BEYOND intrusive. It’s one thing for them to be outside but IN the bathroom. I’ll NEVER stop here again. I’ll pee beside the road. Needless to say I absolutely did NOT buy any food after that!

Went through drive through and ordered double cheeseburger combo with ketchup and mustard, recieved a single cheeseburger with pickles and onions!!! To top if off repeated my order to the lady when she gave it to me and she assured me that my order was correct.
