Went through drive through and ordered double cheeseburger combo with ketchup and mustard, recieved a single cheeseburger with pickles and onions!!! To top if off repeated my order to the lady when she gave it to me and she assured me that my order was correct.

Just not overly friendly. I don’t expect chick fila service from Hardee’s…. But not rolling your eyes when we ask for sauce would be nice.

Stopped as we were passing through (heading home from vacation). Employees all seemed happy/pleasant, food was ready quickly and the quality was good for fast food. I will say if you don't like mayonnaise watch out for the chicken sandwich. I happen to love mayonnaise so I was quite pleased!

Waited awhile for the order. At down finally and all 3 sandwiches were the same. Ordered different sandwiches.... but too hungry for a recook. Bright it to the attention of a manager on the way out. Just got a "sorry" . Still out the extra $7 we paid for the other sandwiches we did not get.

Worst Hardee's I've ever been to. I knew it wasn't going to be good when he poured my drink from 2 different Coke 2 liter bottles. The drink was flat! Burger was hard on the edges like it had been reheated 5 times. I couldn't eat it! I threw the drink and burger away. I did eat my fries because I hadn't eaten anything and I was on a 3 hour drive. I advise you to drive past this one and don't look back! I mean terrible! ?

I completed an online order at this restaurant on 7/27/24 “Sunday” around 7am-8am and arrived maybe 10 mins after placing the order. I pulled up to the drive thru window and informed them I was there to pickup an online order and gave them my name. Cashier hands me my bag and I leave. I got home about 20 mins later to pass food out to my “5” children + wife and myself. Well I was missing a sausage biscuit that was part of one of my 2 for $5 meals along with they gave me a cinnamon roll that I could’ve thrown and busted a glass window out with. Literally the fork they provided me with broke in half from trying to press into it. Also the cinnamon roll was stuck to the bottom of the box. The hash browns were good and cold. This absolutely blew my mind. Now one child was without a biscuit and me with an inedible cinnamon roll. The Sunday before I ordered about the same amount but a couple different times then before and everything was there as well as fresh. My wife decided to call the restaurant and spoke with some immature childish girl/woman or whatever it was on the phone… The person on the phone explained to my wife that she packed the bag and she KNOWS that she put both the sausage biscuits in it and that she couldn’t do anything about the so called missing biscuit but that she could replace the cinnamon roll if we brought it back. I tried to explain to her that I picked the food up and the bag hadn’t been opened until I arrived home and started taking the food out. She basically called me a lair which I wasn’t lol the biscuit is $2.50. I make great money so I definitely wasn’t trying to get anything free instead it was the principle of not getting what I paid for and also someone passing food out that wasn’t suitable for a farm animal to eat. Felt like I had to leave this comment just because of how rude the person from Hardee’s was. Also my wife tried calling back after she hung up on us and could never get an answer so of course they just blew us off… However filling a complaint through Hardee’s website I was actually refunded the $19 and some change that I spent on the whole breakfast so at least that part was handled more then appropriately especially seeing as I didn’t ask for a refund. Good job Hardee’s customer service team…
