Do a side by side comparison, and I guarantee you that even an amateur cook can tell the difference. You get what you pay for! Riggs will work with you if you have special requests, just give them some lead time. Last minute oddball requests are hard to fill for anyone, especially for small family operations like this. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have not had any of their premade products (sausages and such).“
