“This Catering company does just what it says..it Caters. I attended the AGCarolina awards ceremony 2026 and The Flame was absolutely amazing. All of my servers were so nice and respectful and very very professional. Servers often times get looked over as just a background ambiance but every member of that staff was a delight to have in the room while a smile and a willingness to make sure you had what you need to enjoy your event. And the food....top notch. The opening mingle amongst everyone is always a wander on when the plate of food will come but with The Flame you didn't have to worry about that because they brought out hors d'oeuvres as people got ready to get the event started. I highly recommend this company.“
