Spruced Goose Station: fresh eats and treats

Stopped by for lunch while working in the area. I got the Ruben with turkey and it was delicious. Food came out fast and the staff were very nice. Will definitely stopping in again when traveling to Charlotte!

This restaurant is a little gem! A charming atmosphere, clean, and delicious food being served with great hospitality! A definite place to visit! While I did not did partake their ice cream desserts looked delicious!

Good reliable food, nice people. Some fun ideas like a coffee flavors flight. Some foods seem to be heated from being frozen - ask to confirm.

A very quaint cute cafe located in a quaint town! Servers are very nice and courteous. Unfortunately we only opted for coffee, but omg! Their Christmas special coffee flight - it was to die for! Everything else smelled really good and will try next time in town!

Randomly picked this place while driving from Virginia to Alabama. Perfect choice. Great salads, exceptional pita bread, and a perfect peppermint mocha for the road.

Stopped in to get ice cream. Just for future reference, it seems they close the grill at 2:30. They close the establishment at 3:00. The people were super friendly. But be aware they don't deal well with cash. You have to have exact change if you use cash. I'd like to go back and try some of the lunch items, especially since the proceeds go to benefit Ho
ly angels. But I'll make sure that I have the exact change when I do that or pay by card.

I love this place! Drove out of my way because face it, it just looks awesome. The food was amazing, coffee was great! I’m a Starbucks, French Roast type of guy, and they have a coffee here that’s called Brainstormin, AMAZING! I don’t usually leave great comments because I’m brutally honest. Everything about this place is cool and the people that work here, very professional and helpful. They were patient with me, helped me when needed. Very nice place.

Walked in at 2:26pm. Ordered and paid for food. Sat down outside and waited a reasonable amount of time. Food was brought in a to-go box. OK, can deal with that. Then at precisely 3:00pm, half way through my meal, I was tossed out of the establishment. Reason given: we are closing. Never in my life have I been tossed out of a restaurant midway through my meal. Will never again go there.

Cute place to stop on the way to the mountains, but I really was not impressed. It wasn’t communicated to us that when ordered regular coffees that we were to grab coffee off to the side by the tables, so we sat there for a while wondering until we figured it out. That’s not a big deal, but communication would have been helpful. We ordered a breakfast casserole and the quiche and it appeared they just heated them up in a convention oven and dumped a ton of cheese on top of both of them and we waited over 20 minutes for that.

I cannot say enough good things about The Spruced Goose Station! Not only does it support the most amazing organization, Holy Angels, but the atmosphere is wonderful, the staff so friendly, attentive and eager to please! The many coffee choices are delicious, so many tasty choices too, quiche, avocado toast, cheese grits, salads, sandwiches, even pizza! It’s all made with care and attention to detail lacking in many restaurants these days! Go, just go, then you will go again and again! Happy day!
