“Wonderful tap room located in the heart of McAdenville aka Christmas town USA. Home of the Catawba River keeper offices. This tap room supports the River keeper's mission to protect our water resources. After all good beer needs clean water. Friendly folks, nice space some outdoor seating, dogs and kids welcome. Stop in for a pint after exploring the Christmas light, trails or in the warm months kayaking the Southfork.”
“First time there. The service was impeccable. Food was exemplary. Dessert was absolutely scrumptious. Their selections of wines were perfect with every portion of the meal. We ended the meal with a delicious espresso and sambuca. The bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. Can't wait to go back again. A gem in the middle of nowhere.”
“amazing atmosphere and staff is incredibly friendly! some of the nicest wait staff i’ve ever encountered! great customer service at this place! definitely wish there was still a veggie burger option though!Vegetarian options: no vegan options at all unless you alter a salad or something, wish they still had a veggie burger but the salad i had was still awesome!”
“This location will always be my absolute favorite. Joshua and the entire team have created a welcoming environment. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is always impeccable. 10/10”
“Superb restaurant!I’ve loved First Watch in other states- and this is my first time at this one.Top quality food, great atmosphere & excellent service!I highly recommend the works omelette- if you like meat and mushrooms! Mmm!Their French toast is top notch as well- I recommend putting in some extra cinnamon for that Wow factor!I will certainly be returning in the near future and recommend that you give it a try as well!”
“If you love Turkish food, this place is a wonderful option! Delicious and fresh food, professional and quick service, wonderful athmosphere! Highly recommended!!!”
“Food was absolutely delicious, but our server Liz was outstanding! Highly recommend this establishment and especially recommend requesting Liz as your server! She is amazing!”
“Never knew it was there. Tucked away in a corner next to Aldi's, Stacey's has a sizable menu with just about everything. My new go-to for sandwiches.”
“Surprisingly good food ...we had chimichurri flank steak and our friends had the Cuban sandwich and chicken chop chop. Yucca fries were soooo good. Beef empanada was tasty, but served a bit cold. Would definitely go back!!”
“Harry's recently hosted a surprise birthday party for my wife. They did a GREAT job in accommodating the group (and most importantly kept the whole affair a secret!). Would highly recommend them if you have a special event or occasion you are celebrating. Also, their desserts are fantastic (especially the carrot cake!).”
“I loved the service and the coziness of this new Outback. The food was great however I wish I would have gotten something more Savory and I picked sweet. It wasn't Outback's fault it was my fault. That crunchy coconut shrimp was delightful but I think I just wanted some regular fried shrimp. But there was a special and you know how you always go with the $16 special! That being said, I wanted to go back the next day! Maybe this weekend!Parking: Parking is readily accessible but the night we went it was raining and I just hadn't realized it would be such a long walk from the back of the building to the front entrance. I wish there was a side door. Least I got somevsteps in! When it's not raining is perfectly okay!”
“First off i truly like the concept of for every meal purchased a meal is provided for a child in an improvised country. Second their food and prices are good. You have about a dozen taco options with different tortilla options. You have various sides and nacho chip options. I enjoyed my food and time dining here.”
“I was just looking for a place to watch the game Sunday afternoon and stumbled across this fun, local spot. They have security at the door which leads you to believe you're about to enter a space where people have misbehaved before, however, it's just a bar filled with local regulars that just want to have a good time. The bartender was new so mixed drinks weren't that great. There was a free home cooked, buffet which was a nice treat: Wings, potato salad, baked beans, ro-tel. Then at night, the live band with karaoke took over and it was everything! It was like a professional concert! The only disappointment: Be alert when reviewing your bill...they don't tell you they add a 20% gratuity on a 2 person bill so you can easily miss that and tip an additional 20%”
“I live in Greenville area in SC and I was working in the area and I google Ecuadorian food and Aromas de mi pueblo came up close to where I was so I decided to give it a try! I had bolon de chicharron in the morning it was delicious. The taste of the bolon made wonder how the encebollado will be so without hesitation I called in to order for take out and eat at home with my wife! The longest 2hrs drive ever but when I got home and open up the container the smell and the look was as good as expected. Really good flavor and good portion for the price. My wife loved it and she is from Colombia. Definitely will ta a-ride to Charlotte to try another dish from here.”
“Better than cracker barrel, waffle house, or any other diner around. I wish this place was in my backyard the food is exceptional! Get the grilled chicken and black eyed peas; you will be in shock how good it is.”
“It's great. Always leave full. I reckon it's fairly healthy. Like to build my own concoction, but they have named bowls. Always quick. Hage to drive 30 minutes to eat here, but it's worth it a few times a month. Definitely recommend. I've had a few other poke places around town and in other cities. I like Poke Bros. Other brands are each a little different on choices of rice and toppings, but this 1 is my favorite so far.”
“Stopped in doing a google search! A full service quiet and cozy coffee shop with roasting done in house. Great studying area! Staff very well knowledgeable! They will take care of you and you may find a special note on your cup when you go in!! Thanks again.”
“I picked up my mom from CLT and I wanted a quaint little farm to table place... This was absolutely perfect. We sat outside in the back. They have a very unique decor inside and fun patio/outdoor entertainment area. The food and drinks were incredible. My mom got the seasonal dumplings 6 total, 3 of each type with a blonde local beer. Delicious!I got the seasonal winter gnocchi in a light sauce with the duck which is probably the best gnocchi I've ever had. Then, got the black pepper butter cream cake and it was good but more dense than expected. The most recommended and popular desert is the sticky toffee cake though.Parking: Parking is street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to enter the restaurant.”
“Love the atmosphere in this place! A great place to hang out. Lots of coffee flavors, drinks and food. Prices are budget friendly as well.Parking: If its a busy day, parking might be hard, but Stanley is a beautiful little town to stroll through, so enjoy it!”
“I couldn’t say more wonderful things about this tea house. The atmosphere is beautiful, there is a swing, a gorgeous mural on the wall, and calm music that they have playing. The drinks are customizable to EXACTLY what you’d like, even down to how much sugar and ice. I was able to get my favorite kind of tea, and it was incredible. We had macarons as well, while they had been busy prior and sold out of several things, there were still many options- and the macarons were to DIE for. It’s not a restaurant, but the sweet treats and seating area definitely makes for a cozy place to have a snack. Can’t wait to return!”
“First time visiting. We were greeted with enthusiasm and samples so a custom sauce was able to be created for our palate. This place is busy with regulars that the staff greeted upon their arrival. Quick service and great food. I can't say enough about the enthusiastic atmosphere! People who love what they do.”
“YUM!I have never heard of mixing Italian ice with ice cream but I am a fan now! I tried the strawberry shortcake and it was so much better than I thought it would be! The butter cookie crumble was delicious and such a nice add-on.Staff was super friendly as well.Love the standout colors and mural inside to give it a modern and retro feel.Parking is also not a problem since this is located in a large lot.Definitely recommend!Parking: located in a large shopping center lot”
“Finally!! After almost more than 2 years in Gastonia, I found the BEST Mexican restaurant!! Authentic Mexican food! Great flavor, great service, great atmosphere, great prices. Their chori pollo was outstanding as were their steak fajitas!! Can't believe it took us this long to find Taxco!!”
“When I come here, Jorge always makes me feel like I'm part of the family. When I don't know what to order, he suggests something I wouldn't have chosen myself, and it's always great! If you go to Azteca, ask for Jorge to be your server!?!”
“First time dining at Sweetwater, but definitely will NOT BE our last! Brought a party of 24 in for my wife’s birthday, and we had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Our food was delicious, our service was EXCELLENT, and the atmosphere was PERFECT! We sat on the heated patio and had plenty of room for all of us. Literally could not have had a better experience. Thank you team!”
“I love going here, it is so relaxing, and the people there are always so nice. I enjoy tasting all the vinegars and olive oils. The teas are great and so is the coffee.”
“I selected a delectable grit bowl, complete with a cooked egg and a savory salmon patty of my choice. In my enthusiasm for salmon patties, I couldn't resist ordering an extra one. The grits, once adorned with a generous dollop of butter and a pinch of salt, achieved perfection. However, I found myself yearning for more eggs; typically, I indulge in three scrambled eggs. The salmon patties, though, stole the show with their abundant flavors that reached their pinnacle when dipped into the creamy grits.I contemplated indulging in a slice of cake, but to my surprise, the sole flavor option available was pumpkin spice. I'd recommend checking out this establishment when you find yourself in Gastonia. #gratuityaddedParking: There is no street parking or attached parking lot. I parked across the street in the lot of another business.”
“The food here is absolutely delicious with generous portions. Traditional Mexican food and tex Mex. The service can be slow especially after ordering but it's well worth it when the food arrives!”
“This place is an absolute gem- good food, amazing deserts, good coffee, nice people, perfect location. Our little town is so much better with The Everyday Market.”
“My wife and I swung by here during my 50th birthday celebration and we really enjoyed our time here! They even had a Christmas ale that I hadn’t seen since my time in Cleveland, OH.Would definitely recommend to any craft beer drinker!”
