If a kiosk is the only way I can make an order in McDonald's while people are walking around, probably won't eat at McDonald's again
Rude manager. Dirty.
The lady at the 1st window was awesome!!
The old man at the 2nd window was rude!!
Fries are not hot and fresh by any means; only the Assistant Manager seemed to take an effort!
Drive thru staff is the best part of visiting!! Shout-out to Madison,Ian,Crystal,Marcela and all the others who make my morning better!!
The fries here were hot and crispy
My go to for something quick and reasonable
Good food, fast service and fantastic customer service!! Other McDonald’s could learn from this ones example. This establishment is always welcoming and clean. Hands done one if not the best!
Not too much traffic I get my food and go even though somebody slapped my burger together it was fine
Great customer service and very clean . The cashier Derek thompson was amazing and very friendly, food was good and fresh

Not much to complain about. Never Ate inside. But been through the drive-thru plenty of times, they're always fast. Always get everything that I ordered and friendly customer service no complaints.
The cashiers could be a little more friendly and they could smile a little more.
Better staff and service than any other location nearby
Come here periodically since it’s close to work. High sanitation rating, food is always made well (for McDonald’s) but is always fresh for me. Workers have always been nice.
I used to eat at the Mt. Hope Church Rd. location pretty regular. My father used to meet me there, and we'd sit down and have a nice meal and conversation. The location just remodeled. What a horrible change. The seats are so uncomfortable, they got rid of the drink machine, and they walled off the kitchen. It now feels like you're eating in a prison chow hall. Concentration camp maybe? It's interesting that on several walls they actually painted what looks like bars, because, like I said, it feels like eating in prison. I'm sure they got rid of the drink machine to save money. But here's the thing. Customers are still going to get refills, but now they have to stand at the front, where there's never an employee stationed, and wait for someone to actually acknowledge a customer needing something. Then that employee has to go in the back and fill a new drink. They won't reuse your cup, so more garbage/plastic for the landfill. While I'm sure the remodel was probably not by choice, at least I hope not, there was nothing wrong with the place before they remodeled. I ate there today for the last time. Buns tasted like they had been microwaved 2-3 times, almost not edible. They also shrunk nuggets again(thinner). This is no longer a welcoming place to eat. It's a nightmare. Absolute fail on the remodel. I'm not alone in my viewpoint either. I personally know several people who have expressed the same things I've said here, and even talked to a few other customers when I was there today. You've lost my business.
