went on lunch time 12:30pm and there were no people, that's a plus but the bread was stale and hard.. i didn't like that. no southwest sauce.. and no chocolate chip cookies.. bummer.. and the coupon machine didn't work.. ehhh

It looks like this place is having money issues. Out of chips,over half the drinks on the fountain were out and they were out of several sandwich toppings. Employees were very nice. I get scared of restaurants in financial trouble. Maybe we wait that extra day to throw out expired food. Not saying they do but it's a personal red flag.

Do not come here. I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches. I had a coupon/promotion for buy 2 footlongs, get on 1 footlong free. When getting ready to pay I told them that I wanted to use the coupon/promotion. The lady at the register told me that their coupon machine was broken. Never heard of that in my life for any Subway I have been to, ever. If there is a promotion, they usually apply it without you having to request it. Also when I got the sandwiches home, they had a thin layer of meat. A footlong has way more meat on it than that. My husband was not happy when he saw the sandwiches. This was my first time coming to this location. Needless to say we will NEVER come back to this location EVER again. I noticed some good reviews but a good bit of were about two years ago. It seems that management has changed and not for the better. You are better off going to the McDonald’s next door. Don’t waste your time and money coming to this location. At the rate, they are going, they will not be in business long.
Coupon machine down no discount and the sandwich is so light that I told my wife do not go here again. Close this one down.

NO STARS - ordered on the app which said store was open. Got there at the time requested and there was a sign on the door saying the Store was Closed due to no employees (I do have a picture of the sign) - fine but then don't let me order AND get charged! 2 hours later, after I responded to the survey with a horrible rating - I get a call asking if I am picking up the sandwiches. Owner was SO RUDE and gave stupid excuses saying the one employee was on break - contrary to what the sign said. I just want a refund for the items I did not receive. And, I will NEVER be going there again.

Inflexible and rude. Every other Subway lets my kids order whichever meat they want for the kids meal. Not this place - it's their way or I-40.Update 6 years later:Happened to be coming back the same way, just got around Greensboro and still got a family of 4 to feed, completely forgot about the previous experience at this location. Ordered 2 foot-long turkey on wheat with spinach, tomato and ranch, nothing fancy. We asked “could you cut them in half?”. “No problem” says the nice trainee but then the miserable old lady from the previous decade shows up and says “no that’s 4 sandwiches”. Fair enough, but then the bill before tax is over $22? That’s $5.50 per sub which is way over what you should pay for 4 basic 6-inch never mind 2 foot longs. Will be filing a formal complaint with Corporate.

Maria and Andrea provided an excellent service. They prepared the food for my family like pros. Fast service, well cooked, very amicable and attentive. Food was on point . Famiky like kings traveling for the Holidays can feel comfortable to stop by.
