I was really looking forward to fresh food.I spent a good amount ordering online in the hopes that my food would be fresh and the fries were gross.Why is it so hard to give people fresh fries Didn't wendy's at some point have guaranteed fresh fries. I specifically asked for ketchup. She said it is in your bag. There was no ketchup in the bag. There was no crackers for the chili in my ba g. I do not recommend this place. It was terrible food also. Stay away from this Wendy's. I ended up throwing away the food. It was the worst Wendy's I have ever gone to.

After reopening, the restaurant looks great. Visited several times. It appears to be understaffed and takes forever to receive a basic meal. Long wait time. The new nuggets are as bad as ever,but so are others. Needs staffing badly. Customer service needs to be GREATLY improved. Also, frosty needs to be frosty, not a milk shake.

This location is so dirty. Went in after the recent remodel and it's still dirty... It doesn't make any sense. I wanted to order food here, but didn't because this location didn't have a great sanitation score and everything just looked dirty. I would rather drive to Greensboro to get my food because at least those locations are clean.
This is the ONLY Wendy's that gets my order wrong 80% of the time. Today I ordered a Baconator and I asked that they ONLY put mayo, lettuce and onions...as usual they also decided to put mustard, ketchup and tomatoes on it! I can't be the ONLY person that this happens to because I've ordered all of my burgers like this in person and through Door Dash, so maybe they need to retrain them so that they know how to ACTUALLY READ AN ORDER!!!
