This is the ONLY Wendy's that gets my order wrong 80% of the time. Today I ordered a Baconator and I asked that they ONLY put mayo, lettuce and onions...as usual they also decided to put mustard, ketchup and tomatoes on it! I can't be the ONLY person that this happens to because I've ordered all of my burgers like this in person and through Door Dash, so maybe they need to retrain them so that they know how to ACTUALLY READ AN ORDER!!!

Night time is horrible, lazy staff who can't get a simple order correct. We were the ONLY people in line for drive through with an online order. No one was inside the store. So it was absolutely dead slow for them. We get our food, missing a sandwich and the ones we had were wrong. They get the manager out for it, argues and gets an attitude real quick. Takes the food back, comes back and says we were right about missing food, but still didnt fix the sandwiches that were incorrect. A baconator does not come with 1 single slice of bacon and lettuce shoved on it, nor does it come with pickles. We had 3 baconators, 1 requested lettuce and pickles, there other 2 were order as IS. And no ketchup or mayo on them when that is HOW they come by default without request. We also got a ghost pepper chicken sandwich that has ghost pepper battered onions on it, sorta what makes it a special order sandwich. They didnt put any on and just threw as much sauce as they could to make it spicy.I have no issues with my order being wrong, while I don't understand how you could mess it up when its on a big display for you and you dont have to rush and no one else is ordering. Im seriously okay 99% of the time with my orders being wrong.I mention it, usually people say sorry and then fix the order. I say no prob, stuff happens. But why send the manager out and suddenly get an attitude with us. WHEN WE WERE RIGHT. All we said was the order was missing stuff and not correct and you get mad at us. Im being as polite as humanly possible, I was saying thank sir, thank you ma'am. The employee running the window wouldnt even look me in the eyes and say anything back, just flat out ignored. How can people be so rude

This uses ro be a good place now it sucks, they treat you like an idiot and they don't understand what a baconator is. 1 piece of bacon are you kidding me the price they charge and I get 1 piece of bacon and Lettuce doesn't come on it unless you order it that why and I didn't but she still didn't understand I was missing 2 baconators

Just kind of embarrassing. We decided to get "real food" instead of snacks at the gas station and we stood there for almost 6 or 7 minutes before someone acknowledged us. We ordered very quickie and received junior sandwich burgers on our baconator burgers. They were tiny. The coke machine had about 1/4 of the choices and the fries were cold. Not really surprised after seeing the customer service, but I wouldn't eat here again if my life depended on it. I feel ripped off.

So I am a veteran. Stopped in November 11th veterans day. Asked about the free breakfast sandwich. After being ignored for 5 to 10 minutes by a manager. I was finally asked if I had been waited on yet. I said not yet. So I asked her about the veteran day free sandwich. She said no we aren't doing that. I thought wendy's had a policy for veterans day. Must not apply to this wendy's. I will not be going back ever!
