They were extremely busy and unprepared. They were out of donuts and the one person making drinks was unable to handle the full board of orders. We had to get whatever donuts were available but the one my daughter wanted happened to be available after we got our donuts while we were waiting on our drinks. By then it was too late.
Donuts are good but don't go late in the day, the selection is sparse. Coffee is good and they have good speciality options. Usually friendly staff. New store, and it's neat and clean.
So I came in today (11/25/24) between 1130-12noon... And thankfully Lillie took my order and was very pleasant ( most of the staff as well)because the other girl on drive thru always gives me subliminal attitude. From what I can recall, I have only asked questions about using the app (redeeming ) in the past and apparently it bothers her that I asked lol. But I'm ok with her avoiding serving me or speaking to me as I don't want angry vibes lingering over my cup a joe...
