This Dunkin in Mebane is so great! The people are always nice and efficient. Always welcoming here and it’s clean! I seen another review that said they didn’t have a sign about taking the app but they do have a sign when you walk in, you just need to look and read. This is a great Dunkin!

A little truck stop Dunkin right off 157. Every single visit (which I visit at least 3 times a week) has been great. The customer service and quality of items I have ordered has been spot on! This location deserves all the kudos because they have got it right!

Ordered two medium coffees with cream and sugar got back onto the highway the coffee was luke warm and there was no sugar in the coffee. The guy that was making the coffee seemed unsure of what he was doing. I would honestly rather go out my way verses stopping by here to get coffee. Mind you the coffee is $3.59 each cup I could have made a better cup at home extremely disappointed in the service that I received.
One 14 OZ coffee with double shot and croissant with ham cost me about 15$. For comparison, see picture. May i its RIDICULOUS????

I have been trying to call and no call will be answered. I went this morning gave the cashier $20 bill for my order which was $11 and realized after dropping my kids off at school that I didn't change and where I had screaming kids in the car, didn’t think anything about it. $20 bill was all I had so it’s not like there is other money that it could’ve got mixed in with and I do not remember her giving me the change at all anyways I usually go to the Burlington location, but I went to the Mebane this morning instead

We were staying at the Petro and the next morning I got up I went in to the Dunkin to get donuts and coffee. I wasn't welcomed and barely even spoken to. The girl behind the counter has some issues with her attitude. I understand it's early but youare the reason you have a job!! I told her I wanted to get 6 donuts and I got 4 what I thought was Boston Creme( which had white cream) not Boston Cream and 2 double chocolate! The first thing I had an issue with is they were not put in a regular box they were put in a donut hole box which the paper stuck to and took off the chocolate!! Since when do you put donuts in a donut hole box??!! This location needs help with its customer service,PERIOD!! IVE been here before and it was not like this WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE??? FIX THE ISSUES OR NOONE WILL COME INTO YOUR STORE!!!

Every time I come here they tell me the same thing “we can’t make lattes right now”. They got my order wrong not once but twice already. I asked for hazelnut coffee, they gave me French vanilla. They don’t even sound the same!! This time I went and my iced latte was basically ALL MILK.
