Ordered two medium coffees with cream and sugar got back onto the highway the coffee was luke warm and there was no sugar in the coffee. The guy that was making the coffee seemed unsure of what he was doing. I would honestly rather go out my way verses stopping by here to get coffee. Mind you the coffee is $3.59 each cup I could have made a better cup at home extremely disappointed in the service that I received.

I have been trying to call and no call will be answered. I went this morning gave the cashier $20 bill for my order which was $11 and realized after dropping my kids off at school that I didn't change and where I had screaming kids in the car, didn’t think anything about it. $20 bill was all I had so it’s not like there is other money that it could’ve got mixed in with and I do not remember her giving me the change at all anyways I usually go to the Burlington location, but I went to the Mebane this morning instead

We were staying at the Petro and the next morning I got up I went in to the Dunkin to get donuts and coffee. I wasn't welcomed and barely even spoken to. The girl behind the counter has some issues with her attitude. I understand it's early but youare the reason you have a job!! I told her I wanted to get 6 donuts and I got 4 what I thought was Boston Creme( which had white cream) not Boston Cream and 2 double chocolate! The first thing I had an issue with is they were not put in a regular box they were put in a donut hole box which the paper stuck to and took off the chocolate!! Since when do you put donuts in a donut hole box??!! This location needs help with its customer service,PERIOD!! IVE been here before and it was not like this WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE??? FIX THE ISSUES OR NOONE WILL COME INTO YOUR STORE!!!

Every time I come here they tell me the same thing “we can’t make lattes right now”. They got my order wrong not once but twice already. I asked for hazelnut coffee, they gave me French vanilla. They don’t even sound the same!! This time I went and my iced latte was basically ALL MILK.

Now, I understand it’s Christmas morning, I’d be mad to be at work too BUT the girl at the drive thru was so rude I wanted to jump through the speaker. I ask for my coffee, she responds “discontinued.” I’m like huh? She repeats,” discontinued”So I ask for a caramel mocha. She says “a caramel what?!?!” I yell (from the passenger side where I’m sitting) “mooocha”. She then screams my total at me. I said “Ok but I’m not done” She says well you don’t need to be rude and yelling!!! I said, calmly, May I also get munchkins please.” Then her colleague gets on and says, ma’am, can you please not be rude.” Since I didn’t have time to argue through a speaker, plus I’m certain my stuff definitely would’ve been spit in, we just left & went to Starbucks.

Potential customers beware; this location claims they do not support usage of the DD app! The employees also treat customers extremely rudely.
I thought when an establishment says they’re open until 7pm, that meant they would be able to serve you at 6:20pm. Apparently that’s not the case at this location. This is a truck stop boys, do your job properly. 2 grown men can’t seem to fix food because they turned their ovens off, 45 minutes before they’re scheduled to close. Don’t get me started on their hygiene. With that being said, I guess I’m lucky they’re lazy. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this entire place. Whole thing is disgusting

Best Dunkin experience EVER!!!! Hash browns xtra crispy and the bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wraps were perfect! Lots of bacon, crispy and perfect.
