Amazing tacos, great people! I rarely leave these kind of reviews as it usually takes kind humans + great food, but this food truck absolutely has both! Hugo was so friendly, and the tacos were literally the best tacos I’ve had in North Carolina and I’ve been here over 10 years. I’m from California where we like our food as spicy and latin rooted as can be and it did not disappoint. I’m a Mebane local, and this is my favorite spot in town to grab lunch or dinner, hands down. The food is always SO GOOD and it is run by the kind of great folks who know the names of their regulars. Service is fast and always a pleasure. Their cuisine has become comfort food, with options for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. Hot tip: they make their own thick tortilla chips and they are to die for.

So good!! I wish I got a picture of the nachos before we dug into them, but we were too hungry. The nachos come in a pizza box, if that explains how loaded they are. Others in our group got the quesadillas and they were similarly amazing and hit the spot on a cold night. Hugo, the owner is very nice as well! Highly recommend.
