Carry-out order - Chicken Caesar Salad had romaine lettuce hot and wilted. Salad had set under heat lamps with other food. Salad was not edible. No butter was included for baked potato. Cheesecake desserts included no strawberry topping as pictured. I am a regular customer but will not be going back.

We have eaten at this location in Mebane many times in the past. When we first started going there, the sanitation rating was in the upper 90’s. The rating has steadily been decreasing, and it was down to 90 on our visit this week on 11/4/25. If the rating does not increase, we will have to stop going to Ruby Tuesday. There’s just no acceptable reason for not keeping the restaurant clean! BTW - Went to the Greensboro Ruby Tuesday today 11/7/25. It had a sanitation rating of...
