Isn't the whole point of "welcome to Moe's" the reason the staff say it when a customer enters? I went tonight and not a single person greeted me or even looked my way. So I joked when I went to say my order and said "you all don't say welcome to Moe's anymore?" And the guy said "no, what would you like?". He didn't smile and was not friendly. It has been a long while since I ate at a Moe's so that first bite to me was like heaven. I always get the homewrecker bowl with the seasoned chicken and queso and whatever vegetables they have on site and let me tell you, I can never finish that thing it's always so loaded down it would take me two days to eat that if I say there. Stopped in for lunch on our way back to Charlotte. We ordered the Tuesday Nacho special and the Stack. Both were fresh and hot. Food tasted pretty good. Establishment was clean. Service was good. I would give them 3.5 out of 5.
