“Billy Teeter is the face of excellent customer service. He has been with Biscuitville for many years. I love seeing him at the drive through. Such a nice welcome each time. I come to this location because of Billy and the other employees. All are super friendly!“

“I do go here quite often because I love their biscuits. Normally, everything I get there is great. But, yesterday I tried the Canadian Style Turkey Bacon egg and cheese english muffin because I don’t eat pork anymore. It was just awful! The meat was so over-fried and shriveled up tiny piece of grossness. Uneatable! The egg was way over cooked also. Brown and crunchy around the edges. I didn’t take it back because I was too far away when I found out. I could only eat the muffin. So dissatisfied about paying $4.26 for it and will never eat that sandwich again. The people who work there are so nice. They always give my dog a doggy biscuit. That is why I was really disappointed.“

“In the past I've had bad experiences with this business with old food and overcooked rice etc and unprofessional employees. I haven't been in some time because of this so I was really apprehensive about going today 8-7-25 at 6:30pm but I figured I would try one more time. Well I was pleasantly surprised. First off,I was impressed with the AI greeting me at the drive-thru. Never dealt with one of these before. It got my order correct and even clarified with me what type of beans I wanted. Service was fast and when I got home the food was excellent. The chicken, biscuits, dirty rice and cajun beans were all fresh and cooked to perfection. The crew working tonight totally changed my outlook on this business. Keep doing what you did tonight and I'm sure you'll get repeat customers. Kudos to the crew !“

“The food was delicious. My husband had Country Fried Steak with slaw, green beans and mashed potatoes. I had Grandma’s Sampler. It is a complete breakfast. The piece of country ham was smaller than I remember but good nevertheless.“
