Subway is always the choice for me when craving a sandwich. I specifically enjoy their tuna sub and the veggie patty sub. Most locations did away with veggie patties and their pizzas. This location sells the pizzas and has the veggie patty available. I came during lunch peak hours and was immediately helped at the counter. As soon as 2 more guests showed up, more sandwich artists came to the front to help build the sandwiches. My sandwich artist was amazing and did a great job building and wrapping my sandwich. This location is more modern, and super clean. The bathroom also has a diaper changing station which is a must since I travel with my 16 month old daughter. It will be my new favorite subway location for a while.

Stopped by this location to pick up a quick lunch for my family and me, and immediately when entering this establishment I was not greeted like other patrons that came in behind me. I found myself repeating my sub sizes 3 to 4 times before the sandwich artist was able to grasp the simplistic sizes that I was intending to order. Two footlong 12-inch subs and one regular 6-inch sub, all three on white bread. As I was attempting to select my toppings the two sandwich artists simultaneously were asking me multiple questions at the same time regarding my three subs they proceeded to ring my order up before I completed my last sub, to which the sandwich artist forgot to add a condiment I requested. After requesting she corrects the sandwich to my shock, she proceeded to tell me she would put mayonnaise in a small plastic container instead of correctly making my sub to which I then had to open my last footlong myself and request she put mayonnaise on it. The entire chaotic process caused me to overlap conversation while they mumbled over each other and went back and forth between three subs at the same time instead of focusing on one sub at a time which I thought was extremely unprofessional and rude. To finalize my poor experience, I was overcharged and charged for 3 12-inch subs, upon this realization I reentered this location immediately to correct this error and they proceeded to void my entire receipt and told me my refund should process within 1-3 business days and recharged me the correct amount, so I had to spend more money because of employee mistakes while who I presume is the owner of this establishment was present in line next to me, jumped behind the counter and showed the employee on how to refund the order. I didn't witness any process of reprimanding or leadership to make this a learning experience for her staff. I wouldn't recommend this location. There's a New Jersey Mike's down the road by Walmart that has remarkably better customer service and overall experience. The process felt extremely rushed and a simple apology would have gone a long way. As someone who's worked in retail, customer service, and the food industry I remained calm and collected to not add to the chaotic atmosphere that was happening before my very eyes by these unskilled and unprofessional Sandwich artists.

This location is better then the location in locust. They give you what you ask for and don't look at you like you don't know what your talking about. Will definitely come back to this location so long as the 2 guys are working when I come in. Best service we have had from a subway store ever...... very friendly and even tho they were busy they kept a smile on their faces.
