We came across Big Mike’s on Facebook and thought it looked delicious. We grabbed a few items from the menu and everything we tried was delicious! The staff was friendly and patient as we are indecisive and couldn’t decide with so many great sounding choices and our order came up in no time. The wings were my favorite but I have a suspicion that the ribs will be once I have the chance to try them. Definitely recommend the smoked bologna sandwich as well. Baked beans are also a star. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu! 10/10 definitely recommend!

I tried the smoked wings and multiple sides. I cleared every plate! Each sauce was authentic like a secret family recipe passed on through generations. The smoke flavor was intentional without being overpowering. The service was fast, and the prepared menu was an exciting take on classics that I have always loved. I 100% recommend it!

They helped us with a last minute catering for 75 people. BBQ was amazing!
The lady taking the order was not very customer friendly today. First time I've seen her there. She acted kind of like we as customers were an inconvenienced. This is not normal. She either had a bad day or she just honestly did not want to be bothered with customers. They were out of brisket she said nope we are out . They were out of potato salad. I mean good grief BBQ goes with potato salad. So that's strike two on the food. Asked for variety of BBQ sauce well that didn't happen. Others drinks were left out of order. I mean get it together. And yes I have dealt with customer service and I never wanted a customer with these comments. Word of mouth very powerful thing remember that. Last times we've been there the Hispanic lady walked circles around workers today. Take reality check get it together these two working today need a little bit of retraining. Give a man a days work for days pay or don't waste their time. Good thing to work by. I would have already said something to them. And yes I managed quite a lot.firdt of all big Mike I said others before us their drink was left out. Read the review. Second of all big Mike I am old school I believe in work the old way!!!! Not workers now a days. Third give credit where due and criticism when due. If people give customer service and it's good then and only then do they get a review. So...... Being as you can't take criticism when something's wrong then you do not deserve a good review. Remember word of mouth,!!!! Very powerful. You lost five customers because you don't want to accept criticism you have blasted everyone that gave you bad review. So long goodbye no more and I will pass to trillions your lack of being able to take a little criticism. So long!!!!!!!!!!?!

In town for work and wanted some good BBQ. Wanted something “off the beaten path” type of place. With Big Mikes, this is just what I was looking for. From talking to the staff and getting their recommendations to polishing off the banana pudding. The food was awesome. By far the best Brisket Mac & Cheese I’ve had. The ribs and sauces were just as equally good!! Have more guys coming through for work next week and definitely sending them yalls way!!!

We were in the area and a local pointed us to Big Mikes BBQ. Locals know best and we had an absolutely delicious Brisket Mac & Cheese! The crispy onions toppings adds to the flavor. Brisket was so tender and Mac and cheese cooked just right! We want to try so many things on the menu so we will definitely be back. Love the food truck set up and outdoor dining.

I struggled with should I write a review or not because my family and I are loyal customers and we appreciate everything Big Mike has done since the hurricane. My son special requested big mikes after his football game last week. It was my first full check since the hurricane so I figured I would splurge a little and get my son what he wanted. We ordered 3 brisket and cheese & one slop bucket. The brisket mac and cheese is advertised as 1 pound per meal, the slop bucket is advertised as 1.5 lbs. The containers we received our meals in were significantly smaller than advertised, the same container was used for the slop bucket so there's no way 1.5lbs of food fit in there. Long story short I didn't eat so that my son could get enough to eat. His statement was "mommy, why did you order so many sides 👀? I know times are hard but to pay $75.86 and not have enough to feed my kids is not mathing.

I found my BBQ. Pork, collards, and hushpuppies that are hard to stop eating. Like Thanksgiving dinner good, but available regularly. Food truck with plenty of parking near Mills River Park.
