Idk why we waited so long to try this place. Best BBQ I've had around here. We had the special which wad a smoked bologna sandwich 10/10. We also had the brisket mac-n-cheese 10/10 and the smoked wings 10/10. Highly recommend if you have an urge for some delicious smoked

So good ! We stopped here after a long day of hiking and wanted a good bite of food on the way back to Asheville without needing to go somewhere to sit down… this hit the spot and was perfect. We both got the wings with Alabama white sauce. I got the cornbread which was different than I’m use to but still packed with flavor. Also got the homemade Mac and cheese and the banana pudding which was on special - so good. The menu was packed with options that made it difficult to choose. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some very good food on the road!

Definitely some of the best bbq in the area! The ribs were top notch, moist and fall off the bone tender, didn’t even need sauce the rub was so flavorful. The mac and cheese was amazing! The okra was the best I’ve ever had, it was very well seasoned(most is just plain cornmeal breading). I was a little disappointed in how dry and tough my wings were, the skin was almost jerky tough and the meat inside was very dry. I won’t have those again, but will definitely be back to give their other meats a try.

The brisket only comes chopped and was a bit dry, but the ribs were great. There is NO indoor seating as this is a food truck. The coleslaw is pepper flavored...not good, but the baked beans were great. A equal mix of good and disappointing.

The food was great as always. I got a full rack of ribs and a half rack of ribs. Always great smoky flavor but my full rack was smaller than the half rack. It didn't take long to be eaten so I just want to get a bigger full rack next time.
Food was delicious but pulled chicken, pork, and beef were dried out. Have eaten there several times before and meats were not dry. The sauce is delicious.

Excellent smoked ribs! They don't even need sauce as they are seasoned perfectly with a flavorful dry-rub. Big Mike does it right! His sides are plentiful and he has a variety of options. Our favorites are his hushpuppies, potato salad and Mac n cheese. Thank, Mike and family for being in our neck of the woods.
