I went to this location this morning to get 2 BEC biscuits, 2 large fri, and a sweet tea. First off the AI at the drive thru was atrocious. It decided that I wanted 2 family size fries ($5 each) where a human would have asked me if that's really what I wanted. The ai did not give me a price and I wasn't informed of the total till I got up to the drive thru window. I then asked an employee to explain the cost, unfortunately they were not very much help. I checked my receipt when I received my food and the AI had ordered me 1 bec combo, with family size fries, added another family size fries, and added another biscuit. A human would have informed me that it would have been cheaper to get another combo. I then checked my food, well ..my fries were only half full and the biscuits were just luke warm and poorly put together. I then had to get out of my car and go inside where someone I believe to be a manager took care of me by giving me more fries. All that said, I will probably not stop at Bojangles anymore until a human factor is brought back into the picture.

Seriously one of the worst egg sandwiches I have ever received at Bojangles. The bacon was so burnt you could smell it through the paper. It was so hard and unedible and my egg was brown and overcooked. How could you serve this to someone? Get it together Bojangles! š

You suck you never get what you order I went this morning ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo and two bow berry biscuits and was told to pull up they brought my order out no boberry biscuits and I had to pay again for them so by then two hours later I ordered another diet MTN dew so he had to go back and get me another drink and I will never go back to any Bojangles again it's like this every time I go the sorriest place I've ever eaten in my life I'll be glad when they build the toco Bell and McDonald's in Mills river NC people take my advice and don't go to Bojangles maybe they'll have to shut the doors thanks for reading Richard

Absolutely nasty. They have slow paced/mentally challenged crew. We went inside to avoid ai, the young man working the register dropped our biscuits on the floor, then proceeded to ask āuhh do you want me to remake thatā smh! This place was amazing when Verna was managing. Now it just overly sucks!

it took them 30 minutes to make my chicken sandwich and fries. The cook back there canāt even make a full sentence, so there is no reason he should be cooking my food.
Our last order was a disaster, they āforgotā it and my husband waited for 30 minutes after he was told 20, he went in and they hadnāt even started it. The kitchen staff do not communicate well with each other because I ordered a meal and the kid who took the order went on break and somehow mine got skipped. Fast forward to tonight, the stupid AI thing said āCan I take your order!ā And with no time to answer it said āIām going to get an employeeā, I waited for about 5 minutes and gently said āHello? The AI bot cut me off before I could say yes.ā Nothingā¦ā¦.. cricketsā¦ā¦. Another of minutes, still nothing. I went ingles across the street, spent half the money and the fried chicken was actually delicious!!
