A huge thank you to the gentleman that served me. It looked like he was working alone taking care of drive-thru, counter service as well as cooking and prepping. He provided exceptional service and the food was hot and fresh. A great example of equality employee. He was even kind enough to give a complimentary side of rice for the short wait. Thanks man 👍👍👍👍👍

I do not know why fast food chains do not learn from Chick Fil A. Hire plenty good people, cook food, serve food. Waiting over 10 minutes for a plain biscuit and a medium boround. Went inside to ask about my food. Borounds was never even dropped. Just got my money back and left. People were friendly.

Super friendly staff! Clean facilities! Quick service! I have never been to a better Bojangles!! I was really impressed.
Service was great, and fast. Ordered a 3pc chicken, got charged for a 3pc chicken, but only received a 2pc chicken. My red beans and rice mostly rice, a few beans and was about a 1/4 way from the top

Poor service here I want be back they pulled us up from drive through when they was noone in it at all had to wait over 20 minutes on my food ,then my food was cold after driving off there was working in lobby playing around talking they do this to save there drive through time the company needs to make them stop if there noone inclined you should be pulled up out of driveth
