I'll never go back there again! They are slow it took 20 minutes to get my two sandwiches and one fry. It only had one piece of bacon on each sandwich and I was charged 70 cents more for one sandwich because I just had them to put Swiss cheese instead of American cheese on it, I ask the guy why did he charge me for swapping out the cheese he said he couldn't do anything about it because that's the way the machine is set up. That is total BS!!!!!!!! I will never go back to Arby's!

I don't know if it was a mistake, or if Arby's has starting putting bbq sauce on their roast beef sandwiches, but I did not like that, and hope it was just an accident. The mozzarella sticks were good. The guy who took my order in the drive thru was rather curt, but my food came out quickly, which was a plus.

If you were really sorry, you'd do something about the terrible service. Went here for a friend today, its still terrible.

Sandwiches were great. Inflation has reached their pricing along with everything else. Good food, prices are what they are, you get quality roast beef and you very well pay for it.

I opted to place my order through the app and picked it up in the drive thru. The fries were old and dried out. The roast beef on my sandwich was dried out on the edges. I received a thick chunk roast beef (must have been the end of it) it was also dried out. They did not put napkins in the bag. The only positive is the milk shake was good.

I got a mobile order cheese steak and a large drink. When I pulled drive through they said they out of the cheese steak, then I said can I get same valuable sandwich. They were trying to gave me cheaper one and I said I can get less valuable sandwich with a fries. Then they said they were gonna change the drink size to small. They were trying to not help customers, they had 0 solutions skills. That’s normal to run out of items. But that’s not normal to magnify problems.

I made the mistake of going today for lunch - it took over 15 minutes to get through the drive through and there was only one other car. The guy at the window had such an attitude as if the presence of a customer was annoying. They must be storing the beef in metal containers because it tasted SO much like metal it was inedible. It was also cold. I ended up throwing it all away and for $8 a sandwich that is a terrible waste.
THIS Arby's had the BEST curly fries I've ever had at any of their locations.

Went and got 2 French dip and Swiss combos. They left out the dip part of that. This sandwich is very disappointing without it. Drove 5 hours today and was not willing to drive back. Also didn't get and arbys or horsey sauce. Also disappointing.
