Went and got 2 French dip and Swiss combos. They left out the dip part of that. This sandwich is very disappointing without it. Drove 5 hours today and was not willing to drive back. Also didn't get and arbys or horsey sauce. Also disappointing.

Ordered a kids meal and a chicken wrap with a side of jalepeno poppers on GrubHub—received ONLY the kids meal in a tiny Arby’s bag—obviously not big enough for the whole order. The receipt was even taped to the outside with the whole order correctly listed. This location NEVER gets an order right! It should not be that difficult. It’s the same experience everytime. I will not be back.

Even after night 9-10p when going for some late night shakes they are super polite and courteous and make some of the best shakes we’ve had
Dale was very attentive. Ensuring the order was correct and done right. The food is good and warm. We take our order to a friend who is in a rehabilitation center around the corner from Arby's she loves the roast beef sliders with horsey sauce. Keep it up.
#6: Classic Chicken is shown on menu board with a price of $10.39. However, I got charged an extra $1.20, before any extras and tax. The same thing happened a month ago at this same location. Also, 2 pickle chips as an add-on cost $0.55. WOW! Stay away! There are other locations that are operated by other franchisee owners that practice honest business tactics. Also, their chicken was tough and old.

I went to this location for a late lunch, just for it to be interrupted by the managers yelling at the top of her lungs at one of the employees. I found it ridiculous that they treat their employees like that; and truth be told sad to see it happen. The workers at this location all look young and don’t deserve to be treated like that. Take some consideration next time you’re yelling at your employees in the location you’re doing it. The front counter shouldn’t be the place of choice
