The ice cream freezer has so much mold I am terrified to try anything i just left.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every time I come here the employees never seize to amaze me on how they treat customers. They do not care about customer service and speak to you in such a negative way. Along with not caring about you as I came a couple months ago and they mopped the floors and never put a wet floor sign up and my crutches slipped and fell and hurt my foot more and they did not care a single bit. They will clean right in front of you while you’re still eating and even sweep your foot if it’s in their way :) the management does not care about having nice employees or employees who care. The company does not give a crap about customer service and it shows every time I come to this location. It is a shame because I will go spend $5 more somewhere else than come here. And even when I give it a try again thinking maybe there’s new people, yes, there are but they are all the same. Along with having theirs tvs turned off so you can’t even see what to order!

Prices advertised are not what are being charged. Double scoops show on screens as $4.29 but when checked out 5 of them each were $5.29 (listed as double scoop on receipt). It is misrepresentation in my opinion...prices shown on wall should be accurate...please do not go there and give them business if they misrepresent their pricing imo..

Two ice cream bars ordered, but not received. Supposed to get two pre-packed quarts of ice cream but the ones I received were barely half full. One of the drinks I ordered was missing completely and one of the milkshakes tasted like and was the consistency of milk. This whole order was so disappointing. I won’t order from here again.

Went through drive thru ordered Hot fudge Sunday after I paid she said they were out of spoons and had to ask for napkins! I thougt Hot fudge sunday was vanilla ice cream with hot fudge!!!! I got chocolate ice cream instead! Guess they were out of Vanilla ice cream! To much chocolate for me! I think she should have said we are out of spoons in case your eating it here!

Ordered via uber eats. One photo is the picture and description of the item I ordered. The other is the photo of the item I received. There's no peanut butter sauce, there's no chopped up reeses peanut butter cups. I don't care for reeses pieces and would not have ordered this monstrosity if this was the description on the food app. Update your descriptions or send the right product that people pay for.

Service is really good and friendly. Always serve a full rounded scoop of ice cream!! Only 4 stars because the coffee is weak and on occasion, stale and or cold.
