Constantly being disappointed by this location. I usually get a large BoChicken sandwich combo but 7 times out of ten something is wrong. Whether that I get the wrong sandwich, the wrong size in drink or fries the tea -that Bojangles is known for-has gone bad. It’s disheartening that I have to go to a further location from my house if I want good quality food. Higher new management.

Night shift tonight sucks the lady was very rude...I didn't get seasoning on my fry and she wouldn't give me honey mustard saying it's 40 cent when all I had was my debit card...please teach employees to be a little nicer and professional 😠

EMAILING

Ordered online when i arrived. i sat in the curbside pickup spot calling the store for 15 minutes, and no one answered or came out. I went in to get my food, and every employee I saw was on their phone. After getting one guys attention, he told me that they didn't have half the food on my order and that they couldn't make more. I asked for a refund, and they said no.

I am appalled and this store just needs to be shut down. If there are issues, they never pick up their phone. One, the food preparation was piddling. You are not getting what you pay for. There was an employee with a cigar in his mouth walking through when my spouse picked up our takeout. And the icing on the cake was a child’s lemonade being super diluted with almost no lemonade in it. But when the sip was taken it tasted of CLEANING CHEMICALS. We tried to contact the store over and over because of the safety concern but they never answered and we ended up having to call the after hours police to go and alert them that something may be wrong. We will never go to this location again and will be contacting whatever food authorities we can over safety concerns.

i bought bo berry biscuits along with my meal and they were hard and unable to be eaten so I brought them to the window to be exchanged and they had me wait at the door for over 15 to 20 minutes and I had to call in there to see what was going on.

They also have no manners and every single one of them employees in their make it seem as if they do not want to be in there doing their job.

December 27,2024 9pm manager on duty refused to state his name he was extremely unprofessional and stopped serving and sellling to customers at 9pm when they close at 11. I went to the drive true he said he only had 1 certain kind of chicken went to buy a family meal asked if he could cook it he said no they were out of chicken and were not serving any chicken. Again the general manager and district manager need to look into this situation this is an incompetent manager in this location lying to customers because he wants to be lazy and not do his job. Should be wrote up put on a final or automatic termination looseing sales for the buissness.extremely rude and unprofessional.

I stop by to this location to order my breakfast. The lady was preparing the food without gloves. Before she grab the paper she put her fingers in the mouth leak her fingers and went to pack my breakfast. Was so nasty never come back to this location

I recently visited Bojangles and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Dane. From the moment I stepped in, Dane’s friendly and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an exceptional experience. He was incredibly attentive, making sure my order was taken with precision and care, while also offering helpful recommendations. What truly stood out was his enthusiasm and genuine passion for ensuring every customer left happy. My food was served promptly, and Dane made sure to check in to see if everything was to my satisfaction.

It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond in customer service, but Dane did just that. He turned a routine stop into one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Bojangles is lucky to have such a dedicated and outstanding employee. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to him!

Ordered 2 piece thigh and leg with mashed potatoes and slaw. When it was delivered we discovered they sent breast and leg, rice instead of potatoes and did not send the slaw. Don't think I will be ordering from them again. Sure seems their service has gone down hill.

Well after leaving the store on Albemarle road I came to this store better service but when someone comes into the store learn how to speak say hello how you doing I had to say hello how you doing to the cashier wow what happened to greeting people anyway I got my one biscuit and my one cookie and I left and said have a good day.
