They seemed to be short-staffed, even at peak lunchtime. My order was just...forgotten? I guess? I waited a long time, until the nice older gentleman keeping the dining area straight and clean went to the back and put our meals together. He felt bad, too, so gave us some free blueberry biscuits. Kudos to him; wish I'd gotten his name to say thanks again. Dining room was mostly empty and gentleman was keeping it neat & tidy.

The worst score, a Negative Zero -0, is what I would assign a zero to. NEVER ON TIME: You must always return your meal. It's amazing how you passed the chicken-frying test given the staff's HOOD TRASH and the customer service level below grade average.Then have the audacity to act impolitely while having a peanut's attention span. The worst part is that my first tender was triple deep fried; the replacement is a CRISPY THINNER. It is necessary to terminate every employee and replace the grease. GRND OPENING FOR EVERY NEW PERSON. Bo is familiar with Lawyer's Rd. It's awful.

My son went inside and ordered the Panther Box special for take out. Everything was perfect. So happy the fries are now back to not overcooked. Chicken was hot. Biscuits were perfect. We had quit going for awhile but now will come back. Lady manager seems to have it under control again.
