Drive thru had a line all the way around the building. Pulled in to a parking spot, ordered and selected in store pickup as it was just past 7. A button appeared saying are you here and I clicked yes. Proceeded to the doors and they were locked. Spent almost an hour In drive thru as they were extremely slow. When I got to the intercom I gave them my name and they said to proceed to pickup . When I finally got to pickup the gal tried to charge me again for food I already paid for. Suffice it to say my food was cold. The chicken sandwich was dry and hard. Worst food ever.

Visited the Burger King today for the bacon egg and cheese croissant. Truly the best breakfast sandwich created ever! Can't imagine anyone never having eaten one but if you haven't, get yourself to Burger King ASAP!

(Food is great if you actually get what you order)I've came here maybe 3 times and ordered at the drive thru food, and either something with my meal was missing or a drink. Food is great though!.. Just make sure you get everything.

I live in the area and I frequent this Burger King often. I never have a problem the waiters or the managers. Tristan, who is one of the managers is always working hard on the grill. He always makes sure the customers are pleased. He’s been working there for several years, he goes above and beyond to please the customers if there’s a problem. He’s the best !!!

First red flag they had 2 of the 3 doors locked to the restaurant. Waited in the lobby for 10 mins with my 2 boys before the manager finally walked around the corner looked at me and first thing he said was "somebody must of unlocked the door" and then tries to act like he wanted to take my order. Walks me out and then lockes the dorrs back. I guess having 5 cars in the drive thru is a little too much to handle. Typical sloppy Burger King for ya.

They must be severely understaffed. Why do they take like 20 minutes with each car in the drive thru? It's not fast food if I'm in line for an hour with 3 people ahead of me.
