Fabulous time at Char-Bar 7. Food was scrumptious. Service was accommodating. Our Server was the sweetest and super personable. Meals didn't take too long to come out, yet were fresh and not under warmers too long if they even were. Try the cranberry and kale slaw.

I had the salmon salad and it was delicious, highly recommended this dish. My adult son ordered the wings, and he was very disappointed in them. My daughter in-law ordered a build her own salad and she liked it. We went to the restaurant on the night of The Mint Hill Christmas parade so the restaurant was pretty busy but the service was was still very good.

This was my first time here. The Ribeye steak was cooked perfect (mid-rare) and the seasoning was spot on, no steak sauce needed.

My wifes BYO salad looked amazing and she said it as awesome. My Mosh burger had some sort of a sauce on it that was terrible. I Let the waiter know but he just went and came back with the bill. I as not going to send it back , but a sorry for the burger would have saviced. Its a hit or miss hen you go there and the misses are piling up. Went Nov. 17 for lunch

Good food and wonderful service. The fried mushrooms with horseradish sauce is really good. Nice beer selection. Burgers are really good and so is the salmon. We go a couple of times a month.

This is a wonderful restaurant, for the money, and service is terrific. We sat outside the restaurant where the doors are open to fresh air. This made for a terrific experience. They also have a good selection of beer, if that's your thing. Char Bar is a good choice for a nice time.
