soggy uncooked nuggets? really? this location needs a new prep

I order my breakfast from this location every morning due to the convenient distance from my new job location, food is delicious but staff is not very organize, last Monday staff weren't able to find my order took from the drive through assistant, Tuesday ordered a chicken burrito and got a sausage burrito instead, today 10/22 I order a white egg biscuit and got a fried chicken biscuit 😏 Slow service, if you are in a rush skip this location, otherwise you will be 10 min late.

The chicken changed, it is not good anymore. Stringy, dry, and generally just has a weird consistency now. The fries recipe also changed and it's very average now.
Unfortunately it's not a store issue, it's an entire company problem.

I literally 2 mins away from this location and drive to the Albermarle Rd one every time. PLEASE fix your sweet tea it is TERRIBLE!!! I have tried it so many times now I have given up and go to another chick fil a. If you could fix your tea, everything would be great. The brew is way too weak! Other than the tea, everything else is good. Service is always friendly and it always seems clean inside. Thank you!
Good service, but I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the new pretzel sandwich with original chicken. I got a grilled chicken with a regular bun. Oh well, that's what I get for getting fast food!

They are nice here but I've been getting breakfast for years and over the past two months have been super disappointed with my chicken biscuits it's like the size for a child and the price of it keeps going up and it keeps getting smaller today was my last straw my chick on my sandwich was almost as thin as paper really disappointed.

This Chick-fil-A is not the Chick-fil- A,,it was when it first opened . It has went from a 5 star to a zero star, but since 1 is low of a star you can post .Had to give it a 1 . A lot of the employees are not friendly its just another job to them . I know I was treated rude, unhelpful, unfriendly . I use to go there a lot. But as of now I doubt I will ever go back or suggest anyone else to go there
