This Chick-fil-A is not the Chick-fil- A,,it was when it first opened . It has went from a 5 star to a zero star, but since 1 is low of a star you can post .Had to give it a 1 . A lot of the employees are not friendly its just another job to them . I know I was treated rude, unhelpful, unfriendly . I use to go there a lot. But as of now I doubt I will ever go back or suggest anyone else to go there

Ordered Mobile food for carry out and no fault of their own as I approached the restaurant it was slammed. I have NEVER seen it this busy - back up on the main road. Waited 15 mins to try get in parking lot to park by funeral home and there were no spots. I could not park to get food so I left. I called the listed number to tell them I'm not picking it up and to cancel before they make it. Well.... you can't get a hold of the restaurant and it goes to corporate who only send the local franchise an email and they can't do anything. So I was charged the $22 for food I never received. I don't blame them for being slammed - I wished in those cases they could disable mobile so I could go elsewhere or allow me to cancel my order... or how about a phone number that actually connects me to the store. No one has reached out to fix this and so I'm short $22. The drive through layout and parking for this restaurant is horrible which makes no sense because it is relatively new. I will no longer go to this one - I will go to Rocky River

Very nice visit. Dined inside with a couple of friends. Just overall a pleasant visit. Clean restrooms, clean behind counters, and dining area was full of customers but clean and tidy. Everyone around us seemed to be enjoying their food and families. I would definitely recommend this location.
Vegetarian options: They actually had a play area for the kiddos. I don't see many off these that often anymore. Happy to see it.
Dietary restrictions: Loved the Polynesian Sauce on the chicken.
Parking: Safe and friendly atmosphere.

It took about 5 min of me standing at the front while I saw one person stocking, one person taking orders, 2 managers doing orders, literally to get a bag nobody even bothered to ask if I needed anything.

I was going through the drive at this location and let me tell you the boys that worked the drive through Ayden Jacob van Der shaff and Henry chque Fernando, took our order. They were so professional and happy that I almost shed a tear. It is not common to have such polite and well spoken young men in today’s world! They even said at the end “have a moo day!” The excitement it gave me pretty much fluttered my heart. I love this chick fil a and will definitely be back

I was impressed in this location in its cleanliness and customer service. Manager took my order and walk me through all the flavor of sauces since I never been to Chick-fill. The set up for drive through was amazing. Clean parking lot and inside clean. Good was amazing as the service. Manager was a female with a big smile and an attitude that brighten my day. This was on December 2nd 2024 12:00 noon when it was busy. So great job by staff and the cooks in the back considering how fast I got my food when it was busy for lunch time. Going to be back and highly recommend. The area near by is really small town feel but upscale also so great location.
The new mobile drive-through line that was just installed here is a disaster. It backs up traffic tremendously and makes it virtually impossible to get into any parking spots. If you get into a spot, you cannot get out easily or leave because of the drive-through lane.

I only use the drive thru. No matter how long and daunting the line looks it always goes pretty fast. No other fast food restaurant drive thru goes as quick or smooth!
I come here about twice a month and the staff are always very nice and friendly. The food is always great too. Thank you guys.

I drive out of my way to go to this Chick-fil-A location due to the friendly service and the care of their orders. The location closest to our home has consistently in accurate in order delivery and their customer service has been underpar as far as the standards of Chick-fil-A. Bring your kiddos because the playground is fantastic!
