I frequent this Dunkin a few times a week, and they've been slowly going downhill. My coffee is rarely the same each time, the proportions are always different and it's either too watery or has too much flavor syrup. They rarely have donuts, and when they do they are stale, but that goes for Dunkin as a whole, not just this location. I'm not sure if it's due to staff changes or they just don't care that much anymore. Generally everyone here is nice and offers good service, so I can't say anything negative about that, but it only does so much when I just paid for a mediocre iced coffee. To corporate, you guys need to do something about this. Prices have been going up regularly, yet service and product have been going downhill. I'm choosing Dunkin less and less due to these problems, when Starbucks believe it or not has stayed consistent both in price and product. And the service is always MUCH better.

My husband and I have been coming here for years but since y'all hired that big boned heavy set girl with the purple hair it's nothing but wrong orders and attitude. She mumbles snide remarks under her breath, complains if she feelings like ur taking to long to unlock your card and just overall has such a nasty disposition She makes the coffee wrong all the time, and then when you get tired of drinking the wrong coffee order you get an attitude when you ask for it be remade. The quality/atmosphere has gone down significantly with her working here.

My go to place, on my way to study at the library near by. Service is quick, so i cant complain.
Parking: It shares parking with other businesses but ive never had a problem going in and out. Plus theres drive thru.
Quick service even during the rush, clean lobby and welcoming atmosphere. I dropped my coffee and thought I felt awful the employees were kind and understanding and even remade my coffee. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Twice in a row now I’ve gotten a bagel with cream cheese and both times my bagel was burnt, and not even enough cream cheese to cover one half of the bagel.

How hard is it to serve hot food, got a wrap and it was cold half way through it is inedible. Only order drinks here they don’t know how to cook anything. If I get food here and it’s the way it’s supposed to be it’s a miracle
