Disappointing experience at this location. A $6 meal was clearly advertised on the drive-thru menu board, but when I tried to order it, I was told the promotion was outdated and would not be honored—even though it was still displayed and not marked as expired. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I already was, and another employee then told me to “go ahead and leave.” Poor customer service and misleading advertising. This situation could have been handled much more professionally.

I have fallen in love with the new strawberry daydream refresher, but only with ALMOND milk. It tastes artificial and weird with the oat milk (default drink). About 40% of the time that I come to this location, my refresher is either made with oat milk by accident or it tastes off. I have nothing against anyone who made the drinks, and they always remake it without issue, which is very much appreciated and usually fixes the taste. But today, the person who made it guaranteed they made it with almond milk, and after remaking it, it tasted the same——off. I do believe it was made with almond milk, I just think the tea:milk ratio might need to be adjusted. I’m not one to make a fuss over $6 though so I let it go after that.
I have yet to have this issue with other locations, just this one. Which is unfortunate because this one is closest to home, and I’ve decided not to come back. Which I’m sure they probably don’t care lol.
I really just wanted to share my experience and let people know that the strawberry daydream refresher is SO MUCH BETTER with almond milk! 😁

Absolutely terrible customer service! I understand that we had unfortunately arrived 10 minutes before closing but that does not give the employee the right to be extremely rude and serve us with a horrible attitude. She was literally rolling her eyes at every single thing we said and then scooped our ice cream and literally dropping it on to the cone. That thing was obviously not secure and she knew it was gonna fall off immediately but had no care at all for her job. This ended up being for my son and as I passed it to him I told him to be very careful but it didn't matter. One lick and that thing was on the floor. She had no reaction to what had just happened and after I asked her to please grab us another scoop as the first one was not secure at all, she huffed and puffed and scooped it the same exact way out of malice. I still had the old cone in my hand so I was able to secure it myself, mashing it between the two cones, paid the woman and left. I dont know if I was charged for both cones or not but I wasn't too worried, I just wanted to be done interacting with this lady. If you ever walk in and see her (she's a younger woman with red hair and an obvious attitude), it's not even worth it, TURN AROUND.

If you’re coming here expecting gourmet coffee, you might be a little underwhelmed. The coffee itself is pretty standard and nothing that will blow you away—it’s Dunkin’, so don’t expect it to taste like your favorite local café or high-end spot. That said, if what you want is Dunkin’—consistent drinks, fast service, and a reliable menu—this is easily the best location I’ve been to.
The employees here are what set it apart. They’re always friendly, polite, and seem to genuinely care about getting your order right. Even when it’s busy, the staff keeps things moving quickly and does it with a smile. The store itself is clean and well-kept, which isn’t always the case at chain spots.
So in short: mediocre coffee if you’re just searching for coffee, but if you’re looking for Dunkin’ done right, this location is the one you’ll want to visit.

Then when I left I realized I was a donut short and when I returned to the store she didn't even apologize!!!! VERY RUDE I will definitely contact cooperate office on Monday

This is the best Dunkin’ in all the area hands down! I go out of my way to come to this one because they’re drinks always taste good like they’re supposed to! Idk if it’s because they actually follow the instructions or idk but every other Dunkin manages to change the taste of the drink somehow but not this store.please share this stores secret with the others 👌🏼

The gentleman running the register and drive through was awesome and very helpful. He made my son a specialty drink and made sure he liked it before we left. He said if he didn't like it he would make him a new one. Very nice and respectful young man.
